I had stupidly booked the wrong day for the party, only realised the night before, called and it was no problem, they calmed me down and got everything sorted out for the right day! Will definitely use again and would recommend

They canceled my order at 9pm today, and my son's birthday is tomorrow.
The castle was for the celebration.
All companies are closed and I can do a big nothing now !!!
I wish them the same attitude towards their children and that they are disappointed in the same way as my child at the moment.
If you want your child to have a nice birthday, stay away from this company!

I have booked a few castles now with Aberdeen & Shire bouncy castles for my daughters birthday and wont look anywhere else. The booking system is very clear, easy to use and and efficient. They castle's were delivered and collected exactly when they said it was going to be which made planning our days easier. The quality and cleanliness of the castles are exceptional. Thank you again guys for an outstanding service. Look forward to the next time

Very professional, high quality bouncy castles.

The bouncy castle was top notch, the system for booking and paying was good and easy to use, unfortunately 1 of the 2 members of staff delivering and setting up the equipment had no manners and on several occasions just walked away when we were trying ask a question, maybe he was just too busy but thought it let down the otherwise excellent service provided , The second member of staff (young lad) was pleasant and helpful.

I have used Helena’s bouncy castle for years and I’m just so delighted every time. They are punctual professional and the bouncy castles are immaculate and clean. They are also very flexible too! I would totally recommend them they’ve been fantastic with all our birthday parties and family occasions.

Fabulous, Helena and Miles ensured my son's 4th birthday party was very special. They bent over backwards and couldn't do enough to make sure the party was enjoyable for everyone who attended. All their bouncy castles and extras are the best quality and the children loved the day. I had a severe chest infection at the time, they were super kind and helped me make sure the venue was spotless after. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. I hired the disco castle for my sons birthday and I couldn’t of asked for better service! Staff who delivered and collected were friendly, on time and very informative in relation on how to keep the kids safe on and around the castles. Will definitely be returning next year!
