DO NOT ORDER the CD set of Epic the Musical

Ordered CD set of Epic the Musical. Allegedly shipped on schedule but has now disappeared from tracking. I don't expect this will ever arrive. Don't waste your money and don't give them your details! If you enjoy Epic, just listen to it on line!

An absolute joke of a service

An absolute joke of a service . 5 weeks and still waiting for the cd . Fobbed off every time with a pitiable excuse . The item was released weeks ago but they can’t supply it , so they hold on to your payment taken ages ago . Awful .

Really poor, waited months for an LP and then they sent a different albulm with less songs. Missold and don’t want to resolve….

8merch Poland is a great store.

Despite ordering from Poland to the US, my package arrived in a timely fashion. It was packaged well and the items were in largely mint condition. They also gave me bonus things, such as stickers, download codes, and a CD. I am very happy with my 8merch experience.

Had to Investigate My Own Order

Horrid. We placed an order for 100 units of vinyl in July 2023. As of August 2024, they have not arrived and customer support stopped responding to inquiries.

I eventually investigated on my own. I learned that GZ Media (the pressing plant they used) completed the order over a year ago and the LP's have been sitting in their warehouse in the Czech Republic. A few sources alluded to this being due to a billing dispute with 8Merch not paying their suppliers. I contacted 8Merch 5 times to ask about this and never got a response. I even called Evan at their US Warehouse to see if he would run this up the chain.

It appears that 8Merch took our money and never paid GZ Media upon completion. So the order is just sitting there and 8Merch has not responded to our demands for a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Poor quality, poor wait times, great customer service

I ordered 4 items across 2 shipments - a hat, 2 T-shirts and a record. The quality of the t shirts is low (theyre white and you can easily see through them), and the record is bent up in one corner where one of the t shirts had been stuffed in with it (id normally assume this happened in transit but the outer packaging was pristine). The hat is fine (its massive, but thats actually a bonus for me because i have a giant head) but I'm a little concerned the print may not be very hard waring.

I ordered from this company a while back too and had the same experience - nothing outright awful, just all low quality and expensive for that quality too. This o
previous order was from a different band and different webstore but both were fulfilled by this company. Had I have realised I'd be dealing with 8merch again with these recent orders I would absolutely have avoided.

In addition postage took forever - today marks the end of week 3 since I ordered. I appreciate this is not directly the fault of 8merch (...maybe... I ordered things from Australia since ordering these items that all turned up last week so im still iffy as to whether its the UK customs or the specific ciurier they used) but the fact that it happened both times ive ordered from them and across 3 separate orders does seem suspicious. Ultimately 3 weeks isnt that long to wait for an order, but it was definitely not the priority post proclaimed, and again took over a week longer to get to me than items ordered from Australia.

I did have a couple of emails with their customer service who were very helpful in spite me likely being a bit if a pain and probably sounding like a right whinge, hence the 2 stars rather than 1, but I will be actively avoiding buying anything from this company again in the future.

Edit: end of first day, the print is already coming off the hat.

Really bad experience

Ordered 1000 cds. Payed for it. Waited two weeks. In the next two weeks I send numerous emails.. Nothing.. After that I sent a messenge to their Facebook page and only then they reply my email saying that there was a problem with their factory. I say them that I wanted my money back and cancel the order.
They said that they will refund me in the next 7 days.. Nothing till now.. Today I tried to reach them by email, Facebook message and comment on one of their posts..
They deleted the comment and blocked me on Facebook and Instagram..
After that they sent me an email saying that they are having problems refunding my credit card and asked me my bank account number..
I asked them for a proof of the transaction and they reply that their bank don't generate a pdf..
So I am still without the money. 1300+ €..
So I am still wandering if I will get my money back or not..
If you don't want problems stay away from them..
You will see in some posts of them in Facebook this emoji 😡 they are really bad.
I hope that they stop scamming people and go out of business quickly.

Service has been getting worse for…

Service has been getting worse for years.
If they do not forget your paid order, they tell you can be sure that production will be finished on time.
From the delivery date onwards there will be no further notification. I've been trying for months to get an answer as to when my goods will be delivered.

Slow and indifferent

I ordered 300 digisleeves and 300 booklets from them. I told them exactly what could go wrong and they assured me that it will be perfect. After they forgot my order for about two weeks, I got an (admittedly) perfect proof. After some weeks of silence they wrote that they had to change their printing plant. I asked if the proof was still valid, but they ignored me for another couple of weeks. After a total of 5 months (!) I got 20 kilograms of misprinted stuff, which I need to dispose of. It was exactly what I asked them to avoid at the beginning. Their short answer was "it's a different stock and varnish". I've lost 750 € and have to find another company. I'm not the only one who's unhappy. They have deleted their Google address, so the negative reviews are gone. Last time I checked it was about 3 stars. Never again!
