I won £47,000 yesterday tried to with draw it now my account is temporarily disabled

Do NOT join this company. I’ve joined quite a few betting sites as I like the joining offers but never in my life have I come across one like this. You can not speak to anyone you’ll be waiting hours an if you do win you can not withdraw. They will ask to verify your account which doesn’t happen within the typical time frame of any other betting sites (48 hours) it will take weeks and they will want tax statement, bank statements, proof of address, ID. You have NO RIGHT asking to see peoples bank statements. I won £40. I’ve just deleted the app and they can keep the winnings because this is not worth it.

Had a jackpot win yesterday. Allowed to withdraw £200 then went to withdraw the jackpot and they won’t pay out! Account is now temporarily disabled! I won that jackpot fare and square….they should pay it out! Massive scam…

When winning from daily spin and playing on other slots, all I seem to have got is a persistent 'Internal Server Error' message when I've had consistent loss and often happens just after a win. This site, and it's 777 counterpart needs looking into by the Gambling Commission ombudsman as this seems very unfair to me and many other players judging by their reviews also. Withdrawals in the past have took well over 24 hours onto the same card I've had before that used to withdraw almost instantly within 5 minutes to 2 hours. Has this company changed hands since last year at all because seems to have gone downhill far too much?

I have played on 888casino for over a year now and reached VIP member status what i will say is that the VIP tiers are insulting and minimal. My honest advice is to go play another casino, because at 888 there is zero concern about client retention or satisfaction/loyalty. If you think your business is important to any one at this company - you are going to be very disappointed. I was surprised to see just how low the score was when i went looking to write a review. I expected that it would be able to maintain at least a 3 star score but it would appear that they have become pretty shameless with how poor of a service they are providing here. The website can be buggy, the support is not helpful. You can sometimes get a 3$ bonus from asking the chatbot for one if you have played recently but it is pretty hit or miss for example i couldnt get one after wagering ~30k in a few days. The only good thing about this website is the daily wish wheel (if you happen to win something on the spin) if it were not for that I would stop using this website completely.

Disgraceful company. Overly complicated withdrawal process, long winded and unnecessary amount of time before you can talk to an actual human being and very little help from those you can speak to. A very simple issue that needed resolved is now taking a week and counting and they will not release my money despite conclusive proof of my details.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with 888casino. About a month ago I requested a withdrawal, and shortly after that I was asked to provide proof of funds. I promptly submitted everything they requested, including my CRA tax statement, proof of income, and bank statements.

Since then, my withdrawal has remained pending for almost a month. I have contacted customer support multiple times but have not received any meaningful update or explanation. The only response I received was that there is no issue with my deposits, but the withdrawal is being handled by the back-office team.

What concerns me the most is that I was allowed to deposit and play without any issue, yet when it comes to withdrawing my money, the process is suddenly restricted and delayed without clear communication.

I understand that verification checks are sometimes necessary, but taking this long without proper updates is unacceptable. I hope 888casino resolves this issue soon and improves their communication and withdrawal process for customers.

Hardly know where to start. I tried to reopen my account starting on the 22nd of December...in total i have foolishly tried to do this with there "support team" on multiple occasions. In total i think I have lost about 6 hours of my life being passed around by people who are so incompetent it begs belief.
What is even more concerning is they all appear to be asking me for different passwords like mother's maiden name...name of your pet etc...different questions which im certain I didn't register with so I am starting to believe that the foreign "support team" are also carrying out a phishing scam on 888's customers.
When I questioned one of the "support team" they just hung up and I got passed to someone else.....this happens alot!
So after 3 months and many infuriating hours of my life being stolen I am still no further to get my account reactivated and now have zero intentions of doing so.
This is by far the worst online jokers I have ever come across and the owners need to do some digging into what's happening before they have no business left or are caught up in criminal charges.

I have played at 888 in UK for a couple of years, won some and lost more. This review isn't about that. Their customer service if you have a problem is abysmal. At various times they offer a weekly reward if you deposit and play at least £50. Then the following week you are meant to receive between £10 and £200 in freeplay (it is only ever £10 or £20 it doesn't matter how much you deposit and play). The last 4 weeks didn't receive and had to fight inept, uninformed and uninterested customer service agents. Last week I have still not received it even though I've gone onto the chat each day to talk to their agents. They will tell you that they have escalated the issue and it will be fixed. If it isn't it is the customers fault. Honestly just play somewhere else and remember that the same companie owns other casinos so Google them.

I find it hard to win on any game. I've been playing on this website for a long time and rarely have I cashed out. Too often I receive free spin bonus and I don't win. I finally had to take a break and self excluded. They do have a few games that I can only play on 888 so that's why I've stayed. They offer promotions but minimum deposits are higher than they used to be. Their daily mega spin promo had min dep of $20 and that jumped to $100 a bit extreme for most users I think, just for a spin.

All scamers when money deposited.. they said not received over 2000 rs are stuck no refund no answer. ( Already deduct from account.)

They are absolute shameless. I ve made an account and deposited 1500kr then after i depo they block.my.account saying i had restriction in another country which is true but then asked for.my deposit back ,got left in the dark. Shameless greedy bastards.

I would give zero stars if I could … lesson learned always check these things out on trust pilot first .. absolute imbeciles .. owed £160 and having to beg for it like a tramp .. then have the nerve to ask if I’m feeling okay and in control off my gambling because I’ve questioned them on my withdrawal.. they can keep it and let them have all the bad luck they deserve to go along with it .. shameful and pathetic the things I am reading about them.
