All the flower petals were shedding by the time they arrived and they have been shedding ever since! All the flowers were basically gone after 24 hours. Update: I received a partial refund (excluding delivery) but only after my mother (who I actually bought the flowers for) called them. When I had first messaged them the customer service was poor and they were not willing to accommodate. I will not be ordering from here again.

Hello. As per my whatsapp message dated Sunday 2 April 2023, many of the stems did not open at all and died within 2 days. I had changed the water every day.
Upon delivery, the bouquet looked great, but disappointed about the above.
