Outstanding Aftercare – Went Above and Beyond!

They originally redesigned our health charity website, which included a complex forum migration—and the results were fantastic. But what’s truly exceptional is the ongoing support we’ve received long after the site went live.

Recently, we faced a frustrating issue with 123 Reg, who automatically charged us for web hosting they weren’t even providing. Simon stepped in right away to help. He guided us through the complaints process, helped draft clear and effective communications, and even followed up to make sure the issue was properly addressed. Without his help, we doubt we would have gotten a resolution.
