Cancelled an order BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY ANYWAY

Cancelled an order, THEY TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY EVEN AFTER IT WAS CANCELLED. Then took 10 days to put my money back. Funny how they are SO QUICK to take it out but take forever to give it back to you. I WILL NOT SHOP WITH THIS BRAND EVER AGAIN. YOU BLEW IT 6PM

Once an order is placed we do not process a charge on your credit card. We will hold an authorization once the shipment is being planned. We will only charge the credit card once the order ships out. If we were able to cancel the order before it ships, the authorization will fall off within 10 business days, since we never collected the funds.

I'm so sorry that you received the incorrect color. I was able to view the order with the reference number provided. After review, it looks like we issued a full refund and provided a prepaid UPS label. All you have to do is print out the UPS label from your return confirmation email and take the package to any UPS location. There shouldn't be any fee associated with the return.

Absolutely awful return policy

Absolutely awful return policy. It cost over half the price to return a dress that didn't fit. I would have been able to accurately identify my size if they provided a size chart, but they don't. I spoke with customer service about this, and their response was "I'm sorry, but can't do anything now. We have policies to follow." Pitiful! Will not be shopping there again and will highly encourage others not to.

Fake Spy Admiral Sunglasses

I bought a pair of Spy Admiral sunglasses off 6pm.com. Received the glasses in a cheap bag with no bubble wrap. The glasses box was damaged but I figured as long as the glasses were ok that’s fine.
Pulled the glasses out and low and behold they were FAKES! The box says they had Happy Lenses. No happy lens logo inscribed on the lens and no Dale Earnhardt 88 laser marked on the frames.
BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!!

Best website for shoes

Wonderful company! I am not quite sure why there are so many bad reviews. I reside in the US specifically Los Angeles and purchased a couple Mark Fisher shoes. The processing and shipping time was surprisingly a very quick turn around. I received my order within 3 days of placing it with standard shipping. I am so delighted that their exceptional service and it is definitely up to par with Zappos since the two are affiliated. If you’re pondering whether this website is legitimate, it is! I almost hesitated but I was so excited when I found the shoes I was looking for and at such a deal :) Will be purchasing again! Thank you 6PM!!!

The only thing i do not like about this…

The only thing i do not like about this site is that you do not get any paperwork with your shoes. No receipt and they do not have return labels which, in my opinion, makes people steer away from the site. When i went to return my shoes it was confusing to me because i didnt see any LPN label (as stated in the instructions) and the clerk needed to cover the original label with the return label. It costed me $25 too. So i hope i can get my refund. I did do the return process online. The whole thing is too contrived and not easy and costs you. Guess ill be sticking with Zappos even though i do like 6pm array of shoes/boots. Hope in the future they can make it easier. Theyd have more customers.

Great deals and service

I have ordered one backpack and many pairs of shoes and boots from 6PM. I've always received the correct items and sizes, which were packaged well. Their customer service was needed recently due to an incorrect price. It was fixed within 24 hours. Very pleased.

Not the right one Steve Madden backpack

(Update) a lot of people have complained about issues with returns but I actually had a good experience. They were very helpful. I may give this site another chance in the future. I chance my review to a 4

I honestly don't think I would recommend this site to anyone. I ordered a Steve Madden mini backpack that I have been in search of for awhile now, because mine got stolen. I just received it today and it's not the right one. The one I had, has two pockets on the outside, two on the side, and one on the inside. This one did not have any inside pockets. I'm honestly really upset about this, may seem like something silly to be upset about but it does state that there is a interior zipper pocket in the description, that was one of the reasons why I liked the bag in the first place. This is my first and maybe last time I will ever buy from this site. I wish I would of seen the reviews about this site before I even ordered.

This is just unbelievably worst…

This is just unbelievably worst shopping experience. The product which I received wasnt with the correct size and when you want to return, they charge for the shipping as well. When I am talking to customer rep no one is able to give any proper explanation and just redirect me to site with the policy. They think that business policy is good enough to repel the customer to the point that they dont come back again to buy anything in future.

I ordered from 6pm and my oder was…

I ordered from 6pm and my order was shipped to a wrong address which was a fault of mine. When I contacted the customer care,my money was returned back to me with an added promotional offer for my next order. When I got the package back few days later, I contacted 6pm and the money was taken. My sandals was beautiful and looked like what I saw on the website. Also, it was the cheapest across the internet. I will definitely be ordering my shoes from 6pm. Good company, great customer service.

Unhappy customer if you need to return shoes

6pm.com shopping is a positive experience unless you have to make a return. I recently placed an order for a few pairs of shoes from 6PM. All but one pair fit me although they were all supposedly the same size, under different brands. I was badly surprised to find out that the charge to return the other pairs were $30 due to oversize upcharge. So the $32 pair I ended up keeping effectively cost me $62. Not a good deal at all! I understand that 6PM is a deals site, but with shoes there is little room for sizing error. It's just a bad idea to not have a fixed-charge return label option. Overall I had a very negative experience and will not be shopping at 6pm.com again.

Happy With Them!

I wear one specific brand of shoes, who are very consistent year in and year out with sizing, and 6 pm offers 50% off the manufacturers site on select styles. Needless to say, I only order this brand from them and have always been satisfied.

A variety of products is great

A variety of products is great, the prices are great, though I have faced some issues with delivery: the package with my new sneakers was literally lost.

After contacting support I have received a refund and ordered the same pair again. I am currently waiting for a delivery.

Ordered shoes for my grandson from 6pm…

Ordered shoes for my grandson from 6pm and Zappos, both did not fit and am in process of returning them. Received free shipping label from Zappos, but of course 6pm does not provide free shipping. Upon packaging both pair to ship back, noticed that the address is exactly the same for 6pm and Zappos. Called customer service to see if I could include the 6pm shoe in the same box as the Zappos return, but was told no. The rep could not give a good reason, guess they don't need customers. I am not satisfied and want to delete my account with this company, but they make it hard to do this also!

Nothing to complain about

I have ordered twice from 6PM. Luckily I have not got a need to deal with the customer service as I have been happy with the purchases. The only drawback is that there is no free return shipping otherwise I am happy with the purchase.

I have bought several items from 6 pm…poor quality

I have bought several items from 6 pm and what I’ve found is the quality of the products is very bad. Wash one time and the color fades. Poor quality seems fake to me. I will never order anything else from this company.
