used to order from them and they were okay several years ago. this is my second order from them in the last 3 months and I paid extra for fast shipping and it has still been 3 weeks. the last time it was 4 weeks. I'm done I'll never order from them again. in addition when I asked them where the product was they were kind of snooty in the email. I always supported them cuz I liked their business and it seemed like a small ran company I don't know what happened to them.
Terrible Customer Service
Ordered on 3/21, received on 4/10.
I ordered 6 women's Large based on their sizing guide, even though she is usually medium. The 6 shirts are unwashed, but are very rough & starchy, tight fitting, tight in the neck & run smaller. I also ordered 10 men's XL based on the sizing guide & figuring the possibility of shrinkage even though their FAQs state they are pre-shrunk. When I received them, they were both long & wide & very rough feeling. After being washed, they were still very rough & starchy, but all have now shrunk "SIGNIFICANTLY" & cannot be worn due to the much smaller size. They are all too short, tight & some are tight in the neck causing them to be uncomfortable. I tried reaching out through chat & their contact page, never receiving a response until I filed a complaint with Shopify. Justin Clark replied with a very rude & condescending response. Justin said, "Cotton textiles shrink in the wash. This has been known for centuries, and cannot be prevented, only mitigated." I have no desire to purchase from this company again & will take my $130 order as a loss.

Liars and thieves. Fast Shipping is stated all over their site. 2-7 business days as their time frame, it has been well past that and I do not even have tracking. Support never responds to emails, how is this company still in business?
10 days and order still has not shipped
I ordered shirts on December 9th with the intention of them being delivered well before Christmas. I've reached out multiple times regarding my order and have not received any feedback about it. It would be nice to know what is going on with this order so that I can make arrangements to go and purchase clothes elsewhere if the shirts I bought from you wont be here until after the holiday.

I will never order from this company again. They took 10 days to "ship" the shirts I ordered, but it actually took more time than that because even though they've "created a shipping label" and have my order marked as "fulfilled" on their website, I have yet to have the tracking number lead me to a real arrival date. I ordered on 12/6 thinking that was plenty of time for a Christmas delivery. I was oh, so very wrong. I guess go ahead and order if you have a bunch of time to wait.
High quality & fun shirts + responsive customer service
I've been ordering tees from 6 Dollar Shirts for years, for personal wear, gifts, and group events. The shirt and printing quality are always high, and the designs are so fun. Shipping, packaging, and tracking has always been reliable and consistent with the selected shipping speed. They used to be $6 per shirt but that was 15 years ago - it makes sense to me that they've had to increase pricing based on inflation, but need to keep their company name for recognition. $10 is still a great deal for what you're getting. On this last order of 10 shirts (size 2XL girls) the shirt sizing was quite varied, depending on brand. I wrote in and they responded immediately, offering a complimentary replacement of the brand items that were inconsistent with the sizing. This reconfirmed for me that this company is truly high caliber, cares for its customers, and is positive and responsive. I will definitely keep coming back here for my personal and event tees.

The shirts themselves are basic. Nothing special. Most are $10 to start. Why call it $6 shirts?? Postage is overpriced. And shipping is slower than a sleeping snail.

I ordered a t shirt mid November as a Christmas present. They shipped via Canada Post, who were on Strike. The strike was over 2 weeks before Christmas and my order has yet to arrive? I've asked for s refund twice and no one has gotten back to me. Extremely disappointed all around. Don't waste your money !!
Two/thirds of my order was missing and…
Two/thirds of my order was missing and no one will respond to me! I only received one tracking number, and my package had a complete list of what was *supposed* to be included, but wasn't. I paid extra for rush processing so I'd get them in time for Christmas. It's too late for that now, but they could at least confirm the rest of my order is coming late & offer to refund me the rush processing that obviously didn't happen. Instead I've heard nothing. On top of all that, my debit card had fraudulent charges on it & had to be replaced - and sidedollarshirts was the only new place I'd used it. I'm so disappointed.
This site is ridiculous.
This site is, without a doubt, the most ridiculously managed site on the net. I mean I don’t know wtf CLOUDFLARE is but this gadget they’ve hired to block people is utter BS!! I’ve purchased from 6DS a few times before and have tried 10 times since but cloudshare POS site blocks my phone as if by some miracle a 55yr old is gonna hack a full-fledged site with a cell phone. CLOUDFLARE, this is more of a review of your capabilities as a filtering service… yeah of course your success rate is high when you unbiasedly filter real customers… so F you and 6DSs! The world is an abundant place and thus I can buy this garbage in Mexico and as a bonus get a vacation out of the deal. Good riddance!!!!
Zero Customer Service. Should be out of business
I was out visiting the US and decided to order the 10 shirts for $60 ($98 after tax and shipping). I made sure there was plenty of time for the shipment to arrive before I flew out. I received the tracking details, and was able to track the parcel via Fed Ex. However, the expected delivery date came and went, and no parcel arrived. On the day before I was due to leave the US, I noticed that the parcel was in my state. I phoned Fed Ex, who confirmed to me that yes, the parcel was very late and they were sorry for that, but that it could arrive later that day if Six Dollar Shirts got in touch. There is no phone number on the website, but Fed Ex gave me a number they had. I tried phoning, but got a recording that 6DS don’t operate by phone, only email. I left a voicemail anyway, along with sending an email, requesting they get in touch with Fed Ex. Nothing happened, and I never saw the delivery. I flew out the next morning, but left another voicemail and sent another email, saying to cancel the order, refund the money, and have Fed Ex return the parcel. I even left instructions at the address for Fed Ex to return the item to sender.
Apparently, the parcel was delivered anyway, despite the instructions left, but I couldn’t say I know where the package is, or who has it now. After several email chasers, I have received only one boilerplate response. After that, I have been completely ghosted.
A proper organisation with a functional customer service ethic would have done the right thing and managed this from the get go. If this had been my business, I would have been on the phone straight away with Fed Ex, either to have it delivered as it was already in state, or to manage it so the package was returned, and provide a full refund. And I would have gotten my company refund from Fed Ex for causing this issue. I have always said, the measure of any organisation is how they manage things when the go wrong. On this basis, Six Dollar Shirts are worthless, except they have kept my $98. I have nothing to show for this whole ordeal. I can only suggest (happily) that no one ever order from this terrible, terrible company. They belong out of business.

Love 6DollarShirts for the funniest t-shirts. They always make my friends laugh. And when the fit of my shirts wasn't what I had been expecting, they went above and beyond to make amend the situation. Big thanks to Ariel, the customer service manager, for taking such good care of me.

Funny shirts at a decent price
Large selection of funny shirts with all sorts of memes. The downsides are that the high shipping cost tends to offset some of the low price. Also, the shirts are all cotton, and will really shrink. So order large!

It's not actually $6.
There's a reason their products are only $6. Shipping prices are very high. Also, if you want to return an item for any reason, they will charge you for the shipping. They give you a certificate to put toward a replacement, and then charge you again for full shipping. Very misleading business practices.
Edit: Nice attempt in trying to get my review taken down. But luckily I had all the proof I needed. That should tell everyone everything they need to know about doing business with you.
