DO NOT USE THIS CASINO!!!

DO NOT USE THIS CASINO!!!
This is a scam casino, and part of the 50 Crowns casino group, any casino with the 50 crowns name should be avoided.
Owned by the parent company Hollycorn NV (who are also known to run many casinos that steal money and operate with questionable practices).
All of these casinos are licensed by The Curacao gaming board, known to be a corrupt licensee!
I deposited £10 with this casino, then when I realised that their welcome offers were not as advertised, I deposited another £15 to bring my balance up to the £25 minimum withdrawal. My withdrawal was rejected because they required verification documents. Upon looking at my bank statement I realised 2 payments had been taken using point of sale card machines, one by a company that sells thermal insulation.
I put in a refund request to claim my £25 back and that has now been in the review process for 4 days, yesterday i uploaded the documents they ask for to verify my account (they are happy to take your money before verification but will not allow you to withdraw even after verification). I was told verification takes upto an hour… my documents have now been in the verification process for 15 hours.
Customer support is useless, with the same ai generated automated responses, live chat support is the same, there is no phone number for most of these although I did find a UK support phone number, that was answered by a lady, said she wasn’t part of 50 crowns casino and promptly hung up.
In short the whole outfit from the company that licenses this casino, through the parent company and down to this casino and all other casinos owned by Hollycorn NV should be avoided! Do not get scammed by the companies that are operated using corruption, deception and scam tactics!

AWFUL SERVICE

RIDICULOUS! i waited TWO weeks for an email back with a solution to a refund. "PLEASE WITHDRAW TO A CRYPTO" Incredible! waited two weeks for this basic response, basically saying it's YOUR fault.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!
