Trustpilot appears to be in bed with 500investments and most negative reviews are removed so it is hard to make a truthfully and honest review.
But I try again.
500 investments stole my money. They don't reply to emails or calls after requesting a withdraw.

Everything you here about them is true . They go after the little man close your account quick and withdraw which you wont be able to do . Was just about to give them 5k extra after making me a small $30 profit on my $250 investment just wanted to log on to my account check to see if i could wihdraw money just in case was no $30 profit . Alarm bells ring have just lied to me tried to withdraw money provide all docs . By this time account nearly empty and cant withdraw .

Liam Anderson was very professional and very informative. He gave me great advise and accepted my reasons for limiting my investment at this time. I hope to be able to increase my investment and allow the company to make the profits that I desire.

Scammers. I investsred 1000, don't have any accces to my account and yet my money has dropped to 332

Just scammers.

Have been trying to get back money invested for over 2 months. Have been given the monumental run around and now they aren,t responding to my emails.Quick to take your money but slow to return. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and see if my money is returned soon otherwise i will give a full account of what can only be described as lies and deception.

I have been dealing with Liam from 500investments. So far he has been very explanatory in how this all works. I understand everything is a risk. My fav moto is You have to spend money to make money. This is no worse than putting your life savings through the Poker Machines. I think if u take a gamble, dont use your life savings. You win some you lose some. Im hoping this is a win. Fingers crossed.

THIS IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY!
I received a message from a friend on Facebook to promote and recommend bitcoin era.
I did a bit of research and at first glance didn't see anything wrong. I thought I will give it a try.
As soon as I signed-up got a nice call from this person wanting to help me get set-up. Added the $250 to the account and an hour later got a phone call from a 'broker' to help me set up.
By then, I found out my friend Facebook account got hacked, the notification and post had disappeared.
I haven't activated my account. Since then, I sent 3 emails to ask for a refund, and I am still not hearing from them.

Anybody thinking about investing in this company I am warning you now not to do it I invested my 250 dollars had a chat with a guy called Jordan silver who was the advisor stroke investor once I mentioned I did not want to put in the 10000 he asked for he was not interested then I had problems with my withdrawal I also have have a WhatsApp text from the chat I had with Jordan silver which I will copy and paste later today I also had an email from Ross strabbo who is the account's manager saying my money had been returned and gave me a arn number which should verify the money has been returned but after speaking with my credit card company today day they cannot find and the refund and and I have now passed this on on to the dispute and Fraud Department who will be looking into it on my Later review I will also out point out the the made up names of advisers and the company names which when you look into them clearly you can see they are having a laugh

Brentus - they are scammers. Make sure you report them. Also call your bank and request a chargeback. They are an unregulated company, so your bank should assist you. Look at all the fake reviews. I’m going to ensure that these scammers are dealt with severely by legal representation.

Brentus - you are absolutely right, they only respond on here and don’t reply via email. They are an unregulated company, see other review websites. They are the liars and fraudsters. Notice how they report negative reviews. Trustpilot should be reviewing their conduct given the company is a scam. Seek a chargeback if I was you.

I only signed up a week ago and already I have had 3 payments taken from my account without my permission. This rang alarm bells straight away. I trusted these people with my identity and account details but now I am fearful for what they have done with it. Maybe this is a wake up call to be careful where I lay my trust. So disappointed, really had high hopes for this.

Following reply: I already confirmed it with the bank and have suspended your future ability to withdraw funds. I wouldn't write this if I wasn't 100% sure. As a company you should expect critism especially in situations like this. You have to learn, adapt and change if necessary. You need to protect your users and in return they will protect you and leave positive reviews.

They are very nice people at the phone and as long as you are still investing and want to invest. It looked really promising. Sadly creditcard fraud had been comitted with my creditcard in the first week. And after I asked for a withdrawal I'm still waiting for my money after 2 months. I have no idea why it is taking this long. And I'm not getting any replies on my emails anymore. They say it's like a bank account but with a lot more interest but at least I can get my money immediately when I want it from my bank. These people are robbers and I believe they are sc*mmers. Don't waste your time and money on these people!

Only one month I am using 500investments but so far seems to be working very well.

This is a company not to be trusted. Dan Miller our account manager was initially very enthusiastic. But l wasn't confident about the process. So we only invested a small amount. Still showed good results initially. Dan pressured us for more money. I became suspicious when we asked to withdraw our money and this wouldn't happen. Poor investment choices were made and we started to loose money at a very rapid rate. I ended up stopping the trades. With less money in our account we requested to withdraw again. Dan became very angry made more aggressive trades and again we lost heavily. Again I stopped the trades. Now with almost nothing in the account we requested to withdraw our money and wish to close the account. It has been almost 2 months and still no money returned. It is my humble opinion that this company is just out to steal your money. Do not trust them with even a cent. They are incompetent ,untrustworthy and to put it into plain English, thief's, praying on hard working ordinary people. Finally on the 29th of June the balance of our funds were returned to us. I would say that was due to my review on this web site. Thank you Trust pilot. Thank you 500 investment. You guys know that I have only told the truth in my review, which is why I have updated this review to reflect that the balance of our funds have finally been returned.

Great online trading platform. So easy to use and withdrawing money/profit is hassle free.

IT IS A CLEVER SCAM!!! DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY THERE!!!

I invested with them a few times. They even tried to make take a bank loan so they would be able to invest these funds too.
When I refused they came back and said that the amount invested (EUR 2500) was too small for them). In the end I spend some time on the account and got the amount up to 4500 EUR. Still they only cared about me investing more money.
I have also tried the Social trading function and the withdraw function. NONE OF THEM WORK REALLY WELL.

In the end it is a system that is build for you to loose your funds over time.

DO NOT INVEST WITH THESE GUYS!

At long last I have received the money! It took more than 7 weeks from the date I made a withdraw, although they claim that the money was sent early last month. According to my account maneger this is due to a delay of their processor. However the question Is why they wouldn't look into it and chased It up much earlier rather than ignoring my e-mails until I wrote a review on this site. It's very unprofessional, not to mention providing customer support!

Anyway, I'm not interested in argument. I only want to tell the truth. I hope 500investments is genuinely working with their customers and earn their trust. Good luck!

Have very bad business practice.How on earth can you take money from my partners account,without there consent!?
No declaration has been signed to authorise that.
How did this happen!?
Emails and phone calls get ignored to get a response to this.
When a phone call is instigated by yourselves "Mr Liam" your verbally abusive to my partner and hang up??because she won't be bullied into upping a minimum investment? To which your company offers?? You have her money in your hands.to which she gave no authorisation to take!??
This is all wrong.And as she hasn't signed anything WE want you to put OUR money back!

500investements is definitely a scam - if you put money here, it is lost.

As many reviewers already mentioned I also had contact with David Fisher
acting as broker on my behalf. I invested a total of e1250 and made something
like e5200 within around 6 weeks, sofar so good.

But then, I also did the ‘acid-test’ by doing a withdrawal, from that point on things
were looking nasty: the last reply I got from David was the following:

“I have inside information that bitcoin will be 12k in 3 weeks.
this is not the time to withdraw, i need to make commissions too.”

huh? Isn’t this my account and my decision what I should do with it?

From that point on I tried to be friendly but got no more usefull replies. I saw
later on in my account that my password was reset, new bitcoin positions were
taken which cause withdrawals to be cancelled because of low balance. I sold
these again and started a new withdrawal request - send them some mails to
follow up but got no replies.

It is my understanding that their trading site is fake and is just to keep you
busy watching how ‘well’ your ‘investments’ are doing. Fact is, that your money
is lost the moment you make a deposit.

Actually I should have been aware of the signals - you only can have email
contact with them, they call from phonenumbers you cannot call back and
even worse: deposits are done through a bitcoin site and you cannot do this
directly through a credit card (which means your credit card organisation will
not pay for the damage)

I also think that this review site should be ashamed to accept positive reviews
which are obviously fake, but also accepts requests from 500investments to
blur or undo reviews they don’t like.

I hope people read this and don’t fall into this trap.
