Poor returns policy
Poor returns policy. I had to chase via email and social media before getting a response and then they have deducted postage from my refund. I paid to return the item but I did not expect to have postage to send the item to me be deducted. This should be made much clearer especially when buying online as it’s highly likely a return will be made if you’ve never shopped with them before.

Love the clothing need free returns
I luv this clothing line. My recent purchases were swimwear and it’s all beautiful. Only reason I give them 4 stars is the lack of free returns. With other companies because I’m between sizes I usually order 2 sizes and return one and also if I’m undecided what to order in terms of styles I order quite a few items knowing I’ll return some when decided what’s for me. I can’t do that with 4th and Reckless so it sometimes puts me off ordering anything. I even once stupidly kept something that didn’t fit me as I’d paid £4 delivery and it would have been £4 return - £8 and nothing to show for it!

Good quality bad aftercare/customer service
Quality of the clothes is nice but too long in length, doesn’t cater for anyone on the smaller side.
My low rating is due to the customer service. It has been 2 weeks since I received the receipt of return email and still no refund (well over the 10 day advisory!!). I have emailed and messaged on socials and nobody has acknowledged me. Definitely would think twice about shopping with this brand.

Refund taking so long to come back
Refund taking so long to come back, had email confirming the refund 2 days ago quit still nothing Other companies are fast at return processing but this company seems to want to keep hold of your money for that little while longer. Shouldn't be the case. I have written an email to customer services, we shall see what we get back. Don't hold out much luck. The item I sent back seemed good quality but this puts me off re ordering again from them, shame really.

Unhelpful customer service
Love the products and was a valued customer but the customer service is disappointing. My ApplePay overwrote my shipping address meaning my parcel will be lost, emailed within 1 minute of the order going through but customer care team aren’t willing to help me even as a goodwill gesture (baring in mind this is a one off technical glitch). So sad because loved the brand but customer service is so important

Really disappointed with quality of…
Really disappointed with quality of some of these products after washing. Have ordered a few items from this brand and initially really loved all items, however I have two skirts that I have brought, one part of a set striped satin maxi skirt - Mutya after one wash, despite putting in a separate wash bag has pulled in several places on the front and can now not be worn as looks so bad ….. really makes me wary of further purchases, definitely wouldn’t recommend this skirt.

My new favourite brand!
First time ordering from 4th and it absolutely won’t be the last. I’ve ordered a mix of things, dresses, shoes, swimwear and every item has exceeded the other in quality and fit. Everything was above and beyond what I expected and what the usual big names like Zara etc sell. Affordable luxury high quality clothes that I can’t wait to wear and tell everyone where they are from! I was that blown away with the quality I emailed the customer care team to pass on my review and they came back to me literally the same afternoon. 10/10 experience x

Refund ‘policy’ is a joke- don’t listen to the 10-day money back once they’ve received your return… I’m still waiting and 10 days have well gone. Have contacted customer service but no reply. Won’t be ordering again.

£7.50 to return item
Items returned and charged nearly £4 for return postage and a further £3.50 deducted from return and told this was to reduce “carbon footprint”. Emailed their customer service to query this and they never replied. Do not order from this company. They are obviously paying bloggers to promote their goods but their ethos is awful and not customer focused.

Worst company ever
Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Have been waiting for my refund for nearly two weeks and it’s nowhere to be seen after having chased it multiple times. So quick to take your money, and they can’t even give it back even after you pay for your return!

Absolute joke - returned a top that was faulty, firstly had to pay postage £3.50 - to then only receive part refund as they held onto to the VAT. Will never buy from this company again

Terrible returns breaching consumer…
Terrible returns breaching consumer rights - the website states 30 days return policy. The law states that return days are calculated from the point at which the customer has possession of the items (date they are delivered). However, the website is set to only accept returns from the date the items were ordered. This is ridiculous because your items could be delivered late or get lost on the way and this eats into your statutory returns period. Unacceptable, won’t be ordering from here again & would like money back for the items I have been trying to return.
