Over the last 3 years, we have purchased the Santander Lounge Set, the Santander Round Dining table with 6 chairs and also some additional seat cushions. We absolutely love these products, the quality is superb and they continue to look like new and receive compliments from everyone who visits. 4SO have been fantastic (and also the supplier JB Furniture at Ossett). We cannot rate Four Seasons highly enough. The quality of their furniture is second to none. As the company name suggests, the furniture can stay out all year around. The range of styles they have is brilliant, a extensive range and all very stylish and modern, far too much too chose from!
The quality of the furniture and craftmanship - I have not seen anything like it. Everything is perfect and I can rest assured that it will last considerable number of years.

I needed to re-rope a Four seasons parasol. I rung the company and the lady gave me first rate service by sending me a length of rope F.O.C. The job is now complete and it really helped my friend's mum. I would really recommend this company for personal service.

I would heartily recommend 4SO. The outdoor furniture is outstanding and well worth the price. It is hardwearing, looks fabulous and is extremely comfortable. Also, if any small issues arise, the customer service response from the company is second to none. I will certainly be making further purchases with 4 season outdoors.

Bought the Luxor Sofa set earlier this year, sofa with two armchairs and two small round tables. Have to say it is perfect. Sooo comfortable and the high backs are just what we wanted so that we could recline and relax. The only disappointing element is we wanted another sofa but they don't sell them separately. Luckily we eventually a retailer who had one they were willing to sell to us separately so now our patio is just right and we can accommodate more visitors.

Amazing furniture and service, second to none...
We starting to buy a selection of 4 Seasons Outdoor furniture around 5 1/2 years ago as and when our existing furniture was past its best, we now have a large dining table and chairs, a small bistro table and chairs, 2 large sun loungers and a love seat and can testify that it all stands “All 4 Seasons” outside on a deck lakeside uncovered and needs nothing more that a jet spray 2-3 times a year, best furniture ever.
When we have had issues with a couple of the feet stoppers coming off and our lazy Susan being very lazy and not turning the replacement parts have been sent free of charge with no fuss. Thank you 😊

I find it refreshing that customer service is put at the top of your list and must admit you are one of the most accommodating companies I have come across in a while. We have just purchased another set of your furniture and you have kindly arranged for replacement covers to match the rest of our furniture, as you had to send out the Plain Taupe to replace the settee unit and foot stool last year as it was delivered in a different colour there was no messing about, no ifs or buts just changed, makes a change nowadays that is for sure.
Totally and utterly recommend both your products, which are second to none, and your customer service is brilliant, keep up the good work.

I purchased 8 seater Sussex table and chair garden furniture set in 2017, which we have been extremely pleased with. Contacted 4SO a few days ago as the rubber feet, as one would expect over time, had worn down. Also, the rubber suction pads on the table had turned yellow. Simply asked whether replacement was possible. Very positive result and all items are en route. This is a very genuine company, which is so refreshing in this day and age.

Very happy with the purchase of Kingston furniture from 4 seasons. Very good quality product and attractive. I bought the set in January but only unpacked the cushions recently and found an error in size of one cushion. The customer service was fantastic and I received a replacement immediately. Would certainly purchase from this company in the future.

Bought a very substantial turning parasol from this company last year and it worked brilliantly last summer, unfortunately over the winter it stopped turning so contacted them and got a very prompt response with advice from a technician that solved the problem (WD40 sprayed around the turning mechanism - we live near the sea so salt in the air is a common problem). Very pleased with the product and the service - thanks Natasha!
