I purchased 2 Jackets. I want to return them please. Emails have not been replied to.No addresses available on the Web.

Jackets from them recently. They have arrived and they don't fit . I tried cancelling the small one to no avail. They didn't even acknowledge my emails. NO PAPERWORK INCLUDED AND NO DETAIL FOR ME TO RETURN THESE ITEMS. COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ME . THE ITEMS COST 39.99 AND 27.99.

DO NOT ORDER - SCAMMERS

Do not order from this website they are scammers! I placed an order for shoes on the 29th of September and still not received anything, emailed the company multiple times with no reply. The “tracking mania” website which “tracks your parcel” is also a scam. Thankfully I disputed this transaction with Monzo straight away who refunded me the money and raised a dispute with the merchant which they have then after all the time replied to Monzo stating they have been delivered with all their evidence being is my address even though on tracking mania it still says in transit 🤣 Honestly avoid this website and company at all costs.

It’s a scam been waiting 2 months for…

It’s a scam been waiting 2 months for my order. I paid with payment al so luckily getting my money back. I tried to contact several times but no response. The tracking company they use ‘ tracking mania’ is also a scam so don’t trust this website

This is a scam

This is a scam - I ordered 3 months ago and no item received.

Logged a complaint with my bank after failing to get a response from them, once a dispute had been raised they asked my to close down the complaint with my bank before the would issue a refund.

Scam

Ordered a pair of shoes for my partner as a give well over a month a go, lo and behold they never arrived. I have tried to get in contact multiple times via email and social media but no response. The closest I had to a response was being blocked on instagram. I am now £70 down and really not happy, think twice before purchasing anything from this scamming company

I had an add come up on instagram, and bought a pair of trainers from them. At first I had regular updates via tracking mania website. And then it stopped at 67% (in transit). I’ve contacted multiple times, it’s been well over a month now and no product. Deffo a scam.

Paid for a product based off an Instagram add. Never received. Going to go down the route of getting my bank involved as it’s been over 4 weeks.. wish I’d have checked here first. Not even worth one star. Shocking

Absolute scam website

Absolute scam website. Take your money then send you fake tracking info from “Tracking Mania”. had to get my bank involved to get the funds back. The company then emailed me asking me to stop my bank from getting involved! Avoid avoid avoid at all costs

If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I placed an order on 2nd October 2025, this has still not arrived and shown on the so called tracking system as “in transit” for over 3 weeks.
I have tried to contact the seller for over 2 weeks, recently on the automated “tracking mania”’bot told twice I’d be contacted within 24hours.
This didn’t happen.
I’ve now raised a dispute with my credit card company in the hopes of a refund.
But please do not trust and do not buy.

Shambles

I placed an order with this company on 20th September, and despite their website claiming 5–7 business days for delivery, I still haven’t received my order.

When I placed the order, I noticed I didn’t receive a confirmation email from the company itself—only one from Shop Pay. I tried to contact the company for tracking details, but the email listed on their website bounced back as invalid. Their only other contact method was an Instagram handle, but when I tried messaging it, I received a notification saying the account “doesn’t allow new message requests from everyone.” This is particularly ironic given that it’s linked directly on their website.

With no working contact number, email address, or social media communication, I began to suspect the company might be a scam. Thankfully, I had paid via PayPal, so I raised a dispute. Interestingly, once the dispute was opened, the company’s website email was suddenly changed to a new one—the same address that then contacted me almost immediately.

The email from 4SeasonsBoutique questioned why I had raised a dispute and claimed they were a legitimate company established in “2019” (their website states 2018). They promised I’d receive tracking within 24 hours and asked me to withdraw my dispute—another red flag.

I did receive tracking on 25th September, but it showed a shipment from China to “Desconhecido” (Unknown). As of 9th October, the tracking has since changed again, with no clear update on the parcel’s location.

I’ve also noticed that each time I email for an update, customer service seems increasingly annoyed—their tone becomes less professional with each response. They’ve claimed to raise “urgent tickets” for tracking updates, but nothing has changed. One of their emails even warned me that keeping the PayPal dispute open could “negatively impact” my ability to make future purchases—something that is completely false and appears to be a scare tactic.

At this point, I would not recommend this company at all. Their website contains inaccurate information, their customer service is unprofessional and evasive, and their delivery timelines are misleading. Whether the order ever arrives or not, my confidence in this company—and the quality of their products—is gone.

UPDATE: their websites and social media have now been deleted, definitely a scam

Scam

The quality of dress is really poor.
When I tried to return it I couldn’t contact them because the email that they provided us it does not exist. I tried to contact them on Instagram and they do not answer me. So it is a scam. Be careful. The first time when I purchased I was scared the dress will not arrive. So it takes a lot of time. More than they tell you on the website. And also the packaging very poorly it seems that someone used it before. I could not give them any stars I would but I needed because I had to put a review guy to make you aware of all of this.
