I have actually used this service 2 years ago when playing with a friend. They have good servers and easy set up. Perfect for people like me who like to game, but dont really know how to do all the complicated stuff.

Offcial mail sent to support (attached below) will explain my 1-star opinion.

"You guys are not serious. Placing one by one "cancel" and "select reason" button in the unsubscribe panel without any explanation that we HAVE TO choose the reason to successfully cancel the subscription.. Just to fool the clients and scrap them for one more month charge if they don't double check it. Such obvious and cheap trick.

It just wasted me of 13,31EUR for another month of subscription not meant to use it. I'm just laughing at it as this is terrible marketing. For sure I will use a similar service in the future and not once, but surely not from you.

To succesfully unsubscribe you have to chose "the reason" and press the button "select reason" - only then you will be redirected to final form of cancelation.

Will you say I should be more careful? - for sure! But it’s still a blatant attempt to swindle money out of unexpecting customers. I'm placing it here to let the peoples judge themselves.

first sever we hd had no problem with it

I rented a server, tried to start it via the interface, just kept saying Starting Server, no way to delete or restart it. Cant create a new game server, cant reach support and their email system is in german even though it English language. Overall 0/10 experience

Its also super slow compared to Gportal

The support service is among the worst I have encountered. Responses were unhelpful and showed little willingness to assist with what I believe was a reasonable request.

The servers themselves have been laggy and unreliable, which negatively affected my experience from the start. In addition, the customer login and account management interface is confusing and difficult to navigate.

I recently discovered that I had an active server subscription that I had forgotten about. The server was not being used, and I had no intention of using it. When I contacted support to request a refund, explaining the situation, I was simply told that a refund was not possible. I find it hard to understand why a company would be unwilling or unable to accommodate such a straightforward customer service request, especially for a service that was unused.

Overall, the combination of poor support, server performance issues, a confusing customer portal, and an inflexible refund policy. would not recommend

Fast, Easy Low Prices

The word you are looking for is "horrible." My brother and I bought a subscription after another because the first one did not show the server in the list for Dune: Awakening. Second did not show up either. Avoid this junk server host.

Easy to use, had all the games I was interested in. Pricing is very comparable to other great hosting sites.
