We were looking for a catio for our two rescue cats who are too unwell to run free and we also live on a busy road.
The minute we called Paul we knew we were in the right place, what a professional company. Paul’s is always at hand and the ladies in the office are so nice😊
We sent pictures of what we needed to be fitted to the house and all the measurements and extra photos and boom 💥 it was all sorted.
Shaun contacted us yesterday with the arrival time.
Shaun and Neil came today to fit it and we are so amazed how fantastic it looks - Thank you guys you are so lovely!!

We now have two very happy cats and that means a lot to us!!

Ordering process easy, only difficulty was which catio to choose.
Delivery on time and driver very courteous and helpful.
Husband has quite good diy skills so this catio was very easy to install.
It is very well made and both kittens love the access to the outside. Have put in shelves for them to climb the 9ft and a couple of crates for them to sleep in.
So very pleased with purchase.

Great experience from design to delivery. Can't thank 4mypet enough for a great job. Timber is good with a nice brown stain. Wire at 1 inch square is just right. Built our own furniture inside but would have been a lot quicker just to buy from 4mypet. Fitted together really well so very happy - as is the cat!

I am over the moon with my Catio. I would certainly recommend anyone i know that wanted catio to use 4mypet. The communication whilst confirming the order was extremely prompt and straight forward.

The 2 men that came out to put it all together from me were absolutely brilliant. I had made a slight miscalculation but this was not an issue for these guys. They did an outstanding job for me.

My catio is money well spent. My cat loves it and as I had a roof fitted as well it is really nice outdoor area for me to sit in as well. I am one happy customer. Thanks

Fantastic communication from Chloe always answered my many questions and was really lovely.
Our catio arrived quickly and the driver was so courteous when delivering early morning made sure he didn’t wake us!
The catio itself is well made, it was hard to put together for me and my husband as we aren’t great at diy! my 4 cats love it and I know they are safe. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service all round from these guys. After sadly losing one of our cats we knew we needed to have a catio to keep our remaining cat safe. We found this company online after searching and searching and went to visit them in person. From the start they were extremely helpful and there was never any pressure from them for us to make a decision etc, they knew it was a delicate situation and left us to do things in our own time. The day of the fitting went well and we are beyond thrilled with our bespoke catio (as is our cat). We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for something similar, we definitely now have peace of mind knowing our cat is safe and if we needed anything similar in future this is the only place we would consider going to. I cannot rate this company high enough, the communication was excellent and it was made and delivered quickly. I was going on holiday and wanted the catio before I left and Chloe went out of her way to make this happen. Fantastic service and lovely staff !

Excellent communication and value for money

We had an issue with delivery only half turned up after a week delivery company got in touch with seller and they sent a replacement out very quick some of the mesh was a bit out of shape guessing it was another issue with shipping came with screws to put it together but not to secure it to the wall some pieces of wood were bowed so had to use clamps to get a close enough fit
