Easy to order. Quick delivery

Offered the best price to trade in an old iPad. Easy to navigate the website. Price offered was higher than many others. Accepted the offer, prepaid postage bag received within 2-3 days. Posted the item, and received confirmation of receipt a day or 2 later. Day after receipt I received a message saying item was being checked and payment would be made later that day.
Same day….. payment into my bank.
I would 100% recommend using this company. The service provided was exceptional. Brilliant!

Spent over £500 and left with battery anxiety. With hindsight I may be should have gone with a company selling refurbished phones with new batteries.
The battery is rated as only "good" and I paid for "Excellent" condition.
So time will tell but not an exciting purchase.
The purchase process and delivery was as promised but I did consider sending the phone back within the 30 days as I have been left underwhelmed.
I went for another Samsung in the hope of smooth transition but have been left with having to reset and reinstall apps and devices. I have lost apps that worked my cameras, apps that don't transfer data and even my Samsung watch I have lost all the data. I have ended up with a phone that I can't add memory cards to, change the battery or plug in my headphones. Not that this is the fault of 4gadgets but the least exciting purchase this year. I just have to hope it lasts as long as my Note 9 which I also purchased from 4gadgets despite no loyalty programmes?

I have recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy phone from 4gadgets and was very please. I have been weary of buying pre-owned gadgets before, but I wanted a good phone and didn't want to pay over £1000 for it. I do not know how they grade their phone but the good conditioned one that I bought looks flawless. Fast, free delivery, I cannot recommend them any higher.

This review might sound a bit odd. Ive bought a 'good' grade phone and im actually a bit dissappointed. Im only dissappointed as ive bought around 4 phones from 4gadgets now and even good grade phones have been almost perfect. This one has a number of really small chips on the side case and an extremely light scuff on the screen.

If id bought this from somewhere else id still be very imoressed by the conditjon based on grade but due to the very high standards im used to from 4gadgets im slightly dissappointed.

Usually speedy delivery so no issues there.

So in summary im still happy with my purchase and the phone is great so i have to give 5 stars. 4gadgets wull continue to be my go to shop for phones.

Recently ordered 2 phomes S23 Ultra one suppose "pristine" described as good as brand new but opposite had big marks top and sides and bottom ports, charging full dust, glue.
Second one suppose "Excellent" but has dint at top and camera lens had scratches.

I've been very old customer 4gadets years in past phones that ordered were as description but now 4gadets service soo poor.
Am so dissappointed with them.
Although they did agree refund phones am still very unhappy service.

Faulty untested phone supplied. Refusal to send replacement while I still had old phone to do a transfer of my data; insisted on old phone back first. I will never spend money with this company again.

Edit: I posted the faulty phone back 11 days ago; I have not even had an acknowledgement, let alone a replacement phone. Shysters.

Update: I got suckered into buying again from 4gadgets. I thought I was buying from Back Market, but they bought the phone from 4gadgets. Of course, it turned up without a SIM tray. Useless twits (that's twits with an a).

I have had a bad experience with sellers of refurbished phone......I decided to try 4gadgets uk after looking at their reviews. And honestly, the price is fair and the product good. The battery life of the phones I have bought from them is good. It might look like their prices are a bit high but trust me, you will get value for their money. I will sure use them.again and again!
