Genuine part delivered ultra fast thank you.

I purchased parts for my Delonghi Coffee machine and paid extra for next day delivery!The fact is the processing was very quick but absolutely no quality check before they sending out items and they do use limited protection, materials to protect the items.i have to say that because i received damaged part where the outer packaging was partially intact but shockingly was small amount of wrapps were use.Also contacting with them is extremely difficult.Then the stock went out so it would take 3weeks to wait.what a joke.

I would put no stars if possible. I ordered a replacement milk carafe which was supposed to be delivered in days. Over a month later and no part, no refund, no tracking information and no help or support from the company. I suspect I have fallen for a scam. Avoid avoid avoid ! Sane goes for Screwfix Spares who appear to own them !

Genuine Delonghi spares, the website helps you find the correct part for your appliance and delivery was within 3 days of ordering. After sales backup was superb, couldn't be faulted. Would definitely use again.

Ordered a small part 2 months ago, item not received, only had automated emails pushing the date backwards. Currently on my second attempt to cancel the order: first attempt failed after a few days due to a 'server error at the company's end.
