Arrived 2 days late after trade show ended
It was to arrive for a trade show on a Wednesday and didn't arrive until after show was over and I had left. Now I have to reship to myself at additional expense. They provided a $45 credit, while appreciated, feels like a full refund would be fare given I got no use out of the piece.

They were a little wrinkled on the side. Due to the packaging. FedEx didn't help it by stacking them on top of each other. The design of the posters came out great. I would definitely rethink the packaging. Especially to a delivery company that doesn't care about the integrity of the boxes or doing a good job. Which is the only reason I give it 3 stars. I can fix the few corners that got wrinkled. I do plan on ordering more when I run out. Even stickers and vinyl banners as well. You haven't lost a customer. Stuff happens. The stickers were printed off center…
The stickers were printed off center making the border at the edge look thin in some places and thick in others. It didnt look good and was pretty embarrassing to have to hand out as part of our party favors, but was our only option since we trusted that they would be printed well.
