I placed an order a month ago Exactly a month ago and I can't talk to the supplier, I can't access my order, the website doesn't work properly, you simply place an order and pay, then wait, wait, wait and nothing happens. I consider this company to be a fraudulent company.
I ordered on Aug 3 and the order is still marked as "Processing" (their website mentions a 20 working day delay, we're almost at 40). Fortunately it was only a small test run and nothing critical, but I will not be using them in the future and recommend that you do not.
Placed an order on April 22, 2022. Arrived 3 weeks later. The product was broken and the seller asked me to pay for the return expenses so I can get 8 pounds back. Bad customer service, replies after a couple of days. Avoid working with them if you want to save money and time.
I have placed an order almost a month ago now.
A few days after I have sent an email, to which they replied saying that the order was being dispatched the following day. It's been almost a month now and I have sent multiple emails, to which I never received an answer.
The company is based in London and I live in London, so a delay from the courier is highly unlikely. At this point, considering that they have completely disappeared, I just believe I have been scammed.
Good quality arrived on time and seemed reasonably priced.
ordered over a month ago and haven't even received my printed parts. i try to get into contact with them but they won't answer phone calls or emails.
item arrived in perfect condition but only by chance because the set was packed loose in a box and was rattling around. Pieces could have broken - the mail service is not exactly known for its delicate handling of parcels!
