Super service, even with returns
I never had heard of 3D junkie before. I just wanted a specific printer that was about to come on the market. It was a pre-order on their website and I enquired in the evening about when it would be sent. The next morning I received an answer and confirmation about the shipping date. I ordered and it was delivered in about the promised time frame. I was even called before that with an update of the delivery. But then, to my embarrassment, I underestimated the size of the printer (too big) and asked by email to return it. This was quickly and kindly addressed and they arranged the return. With such a good service, I wanted to keep my business with them and asked them for advice on a better suited printer. They suggested one that I had seen good reviews about and was my initial choice, so they got it right. Without having to follow up, just over a week later I received the new printer. I can only recommend 3D junkie and it will be my first point of call for my next printer (which will be a while, sorry!).
