Another dot co dot U.K. company that neglects to make it clear that they are situated somewhere overseas. I have waited nearly a month and a half for my order. Finally I was able to track it to the UPS depot where it has been held for the past week because the only information that 3D Jake put on the parcel is my postcode and town!! The phone number in my confirmation email from 3D Jake doesn’t work and there is no working phone number to be found anywhere on their website. I will never purchase from them again and think the trend of overseas sellers posing as UK sellers should be made illegal for once and for all, it’s always a scam.

Good communication and determination in resolving issues.
We purchased a printer from them which had a manufacturing fault with the motherboard, basically rendering it unusable because it was unable to read an SD card. Because I was not in my role at the time we received the printer, this problem wasn't addressed by anyone in our company for several months, and I was unsure whether we were covered by any warranty.
When I was made aware of the issue and came to diagnose it, customer care agent Ross was amazing in going into thorough detail about how to diagnose the problem. Once we figured out it was a card reading issue, he chased the supplier of the printer until they agreed to send us a replacement part.
I'd say negative reviews of the company are unfair, as my experience and interactions with them have only been positive. Yes the product had a fault but things go wrong with 3D printers, especially the cheaper models, I work with them everyday. You need to have patience and be willing to find a fix.
Ross was clearly very knowledgeable about printers and how to address the issues, and was tenacious in getting an outcome that we would be satisfied with.
I am a bit puzzled about the bad reviews. The prices are competitive, the delivery was always on time, and the quality of their store brand is surprisingly good (at least for the filaments anyway). The only reason I'm not giving them a perfect score is they never followed up on a request I made about adding a missing order (that was done as guest) to my account. Hardly a deal breaker, but I can imagine that if they missed this, they might be missing more important requests too...

Be prepared to take multiple days off work to take delivery.
There is no possibility to pick up the parcel at a delivery station or any kind of SMS notification.
I don't know where the bad reviews are coming from, but 3Djake has delivered my products right on time and the customer support is great. I had one filament that I ordered which had delayed delivery time, because they haven't had it in their storage (can happen from time to time with every small business) and they instantly canceled the product for me and refunded the money and my delivery was at my door 2 days later. One small recommendation to make the process even faster would be to implement a button to cancel specific items, but that works too. But other than that I really think more people should support their work and stop comparing them to big corps. Just for once I wish people could lower their standards and see that they put lots of work into it.
I ordered a 3d-printer that was in backorder. After looking at the truspilot reviews, I too a chance and ordered from 3D Jake.
They did everything by the book, and I received my packages (almost) timely. One problem was FedEx who screwed something up on the way to my house - which postponed the delivery by a day.
I would not hesitate to buy from 3D jake again.
My son has trouble with the printer as it prints in bubbles and the software update is not working. We sent an email and posted a request via their website and have heard nothing back. No phone number available. Next step would be to complain the European Consumer association. We are in the UK so perhaps they don't care.
My update the day after posting the above is that I did receive a long comprehensive email response from customer service requesting photos and videos and a return label to use the warranty. I did not keep the original box so will make sure to package it carefully and return it today.
3D JAKE refunded the faulty printer so my son ordered another printer which is hopefully ok!

Took longer than expected, but the team at 3DJake where not at fault. Turns out, after multiple emails, they are great guys!
The issue was novelty and the manufacturer did not know how to assist. Could have taken shorter to reach that conclusion but other factors were at stake ( ie Chinese New Year, and comms between different time zones can take longer ) hence charging my feedback from 1 star to 4.
As soon as we exhausted all possible options they have initiated a return and have refunded the order.
I am happy to say I have used the refund on their website and got a different printer from them as I trust they will do good if I will encounter issues in the future.

The ordering and delivery part was ok, the part regarding servicing the items bought ... very BAD !
I have ordered a few times here and never had issues with the orders.
BUT when I needed help as one of the printers stopped working as it should, I CANNOT SEEM TO GET ANY HELP !
I has now been 1 month and 1 week since I raised the issues I have, I have sent photos, videos of the issue, this reseller has apparently raised with the manufacture which has not replied ... yet ...
Based on this customer service experience I will NOT be making any further purchases... as I now have a lovely door stopper that is a 3d printer that is only a few months old.
Thank you Ross and Andrew for trying but never actually solving my problem.

Didn't expect to see such bad reviews here so let me give my 2 cents:
3 orders with 3DJake and 3/3 times it was all perfect.
Very good delivery times considering it comes from Germany (I'm in the south of France).
Huge catalogue of spare parts and printers which is very good to see.
Good quality items, their own brand of filament to be tested soon.
Reactive service via their contact form on the site.
Had to go through E3D support & troubleshooting due to issues with an item and after E3D agreed to replace the item, 3DJake sent me back a new one within a few days.
All in all can only recommend them as your go-to 3DPrinting reseller in the EU.
I can highly recommend this company. I bought a 3D printer for my son’s birthday. We had two issues with a product and 3D Jake has solved everything promptly and without a problem. At the end my son is happy printing a lot of things;)
I ordered on the 31st of January 2023, directly the next day the order was sent to me and after one day I received the package. The promised shipping time was met. The product was packed and ready to use immediately as advertised. Overall a very good experience, I definitely recommend the store.
After a long research of sellers and prices I choose 3djake. I bought a FLSUN V400, filament dryer and some filaments.
3djake.com was very transparent and I had received my order on the date that was specified on site. The order came via UPS and everything was ok. I used PayPal that is available on their site.
I know how hard it is to find a trustworthy site when it comes to 3d printing and I wanted to write this review to help others with their research.

Thanks to UPS one of my parcels went a bit wrong so I contacted 3D jake and their response was rapid and very helpful! Not to mention there fantastic line of equipment. Great service and great products!
I ordered my first 3d printer and came with multiple issues right from the start, I know deliveries can be messy so I contacted support about this issue. They asked me to film a video and take pictures of the product. I did what they asked and then they went silent for about a week. They said that they were gonna send the video and the pictures to a technician and then they would come back to me with an answer. Weeks went by and no response from them. As soon as my xy belt broke down (after 1 month) I sent them an email to see how could I resolve this problem as they responded that this was my problem and bad use of the equipment when I personally send them a video that even with the belt loose I was having major issues with the bed of the printer. I had to resort to the company that made my printer. With just one email with the same details and files that I sent to 3d jake they detected and resolved my problems.
Very disappointed with 3d jake customer service and the way they responded my in their last email.

Ordered a resin printer, washing station and a bottle of resin from 3Djake, skeptical that something might go wrong because I checked Trustpilot's reviews beforehand. However the order was quickly taken care of and delivered on the promised day. Both the printer and washing station were well packaged and protected so no damage was found on arrival.
I have made several purchases from this company in the past, each transaction has been problematic.
The latest includes an order placed on the 5th, it was sat on for a week, I was promised it would be dispatched on the 9th, but it was not. They canceled after 9 days of waiting.
I placed a duplicate order, a week later, got the same ETA and now expect the same. I’ve asked why they cancelled my first order, I expect them to cancel the second order in response.
A third order has been placed. Let's see what they do with this.
You cannot take them at their word, they have no respect for the UK, they ship slow, and they cancel if you ask too many questions.
I have lost another customer, these are not to be relied upon and are full of empty reassurances.
Do not waste your time.
They explained that if I order by 1000 the item will be processed the same day, and shipped the next, this simply is not the case and they still regurgitate shipping policy when you point this out to them. It was a Wednesday cutoff but they changed this to Thursday mid-week.
Their website is full of misinformation.
I regret taking the time out of my day to email them advising of some pretty obvious typos on their website, my thanks for this are having an order canceled after wasting 9 days, having to place two backup orders, one of which had to be made by my elderly dad just to be sure I got my parts.
For shame on you Jennifer! We are trying to run a business, I lose business each time I purchase from you.

My other half purchased an item from 3D Jake- Took 2 months to receive the item which would not power on. Seems like a fault somewhere.
We contacted 3D Jake and have had no response. Never again.
Discusting service- Ordered a faulty printer and the company will not allow me to return this. There is also nobody to contact easily. These are NOT UK based.

The delivery was correct, no issue for me.
BUT, now my printer power supply is randomly shutting down, I have sent 5 e-mails to have a feedback, still no news from them...
