Outstanding stay here

Outstanding stay here! I would highly recommend this location was wonderful the Home was very well equipped with everything needed for a great vacation. The view is amazing and the accommodations superb! We will definitely come back here.

Birthday Celebration in Destin

I celebrated my birthday at the Sea E O property in Destin Dunes. The house was breathtaking! We loved everything about the house from the decor to the amenities. The pool lit up at night and the available heating option allowed us to enjoy it during the cool days we were there. The only feedback I have is because this property is so popular, there should be a cleaning crew thoroughly sanitizing the home after each departure…not the one person we saw waiting for us to check out (the sofas and chairs should also be cleaned after each checkout).

Great property, I’d rent it again!

Exceptional!

WOW! THIS HOUSE! A must-see as the pictures do not do this home justice. Chosen for our yearly family vacation, this home exceeded our expectations. From its convenient location to all things Rosemary and Seacrest, to the meticulously thought out decor, comfort, and amenities throughout the house for guests of all ages. We enjoyed coffee on the balconies and patio swing in the mornings and cooking on the state-of-the-art appliances. The natural gas grill on the property was an added bonus when we wanted to stay in for the evening and enjoy the private heated pool while getting our dinner ready and having "cocktails in the courtyard". Then off to game night on the third floor! No worries about privacy in this home either. Each room has its own full bath with comfortable bedding and the master has a luxurious freestanding tub. Looking for a place to relax in the mild winter temps, enjoy the living room fireplace. For an extra bit of zen, take the day off and spend some time in the carriage home off of the main house which is also beautifully decorated and has a private bath. I highly recommend booking this home. A lovely place to spend time with family and friends. We are already looking at next year's calendar for 143 West Water Street!

Destin Florida

We rented a beautiful beach house in Destin Florida, and paid a lot of money for it. Some of the major selling points were the heated pool on the roof and an elevator in the 3 story rental for our mom. We arrived early and asked for an early check in which we were denied even though there was no one at the home. They told us to check out the beach but we were unable to because of an unknown bike lock on the gate that we couldn’t access, that they said they would “look into”. Once we gained access to the home we realized that there was definitely not enough basic necessities to get us through the week, toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, dish washing pods etc and the elevator did not work. Their website says that “they recommend bringing your own beach towel” which we didn’t get until after we paid for the home. When we arrived to our beachfront condo there was literally NOTHING for the beach. No towels, no toys, nothing. There wasn't even hooks in any of the 6 bathrooms for our bath towels or any hooks outside for our wet beach items. There was also zero cleaning supplies. So we had nothing to clean the house/kitchen while we were there. Seeing as we traveled from across the country, we weren’t bringing these things with us. Their website should say that they provide NOTHING other than dishes. There were no blankets in the house except the comforters on the beds. We asked for the pool to be heated and as we arrived we were notified that it was broken and it wouldn’t work but that they were working on getting it fixed. After reviewing previous reviews on VRBO, the month prior they were also dinged for the pool not being heated. The heater and the elevator were never fixed and we were never provided any updates on when it would. When we asked about all of the above we were met with zero customer service, we paid a lot of money for this house and they could care less about our experience. We were told we were responsible to provide our own cleaning supplies, towels, toilet paper … which I have NEVER experienced at any rental before. After ALL of this we asked about a late check out, we were told at the beginning of the week we would have to wait and see if anyone was renting after us, no one was, and we were told that we would have to pay $75 for 2 additional hours, anything more than that would be chargers for a full day. We travel a lot and have never been so disappointed in a rental than this. The house and location is amazing and the rental company is ruining the whole experience. They do not accommodate renters nor make the house feel homey at all. I will never rent a home managed by this company again. I wish I could let the owners of this property know how horribly they are managing their beautiful home. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your stay. We do try to be very clear in all of our rental information that aside from houseware items, the homes only come with a basic starter pack of cleaning and disposable items like paper towels. The intention is for this to get our guests started until they have a chance to visit the store for their preferred items. Due to Covid, items such as beach toys and towels, extra blankets, etc are not able to be safely left in the homes. We sincerely hope to be able to return these items to homes soon. We understand that on a beach getaway a pool is very important and are so sorry that heater was out of commission for you. We sincerely hope that you enjoyed your time away with your family despite these issues.

Our house was named Branchwater

Our house was named Branchwater. Photos for this property are NOT recent and very deceiving. One of the reasons we rented the house was because of the outdoor furniture accommodations. Every piece of outdoor furniture with a cushion was stained or molded. Upon arrival there were cigarette butts in a planter. Our 2 year old’s feet were completely black after walking through the house. The sofas in the front are covered with a fabric and stained underneath. One of the guest bedrooms had sand in the bed and a water stained sitting chair. Each bathroom had 1 washcloth which 360 said was their policy. I spent the first day of my vacation cleaning the home. The kitchen cabinet drawer under the sink just fell off. Future guests need to know if you would like the pool heated the owners will not allow it to be heated over 83 degrees. 360 Blue as a management company charging premium prices, you owe it to your guests to do better. If the home doesn’t reflect the pictures, it is your responsibility as the management company to fix it or communicate to your customer the true wear and tear on the home.

Watercolor Beachside rental

We rented a townhome in watercolor for a long weekend in August. The cost was around $4800 for three nights. When we arrived the cleaning inspector was still there. She said that there would be someone bringing the packet for us that included our entry bands to get in and out of the gates for all of the pools and to access the beach in front of the unit. By about 6 PM they still had not shown up so I called & I was told someone would be bringing them . No one ever came that night so I called again on Sunday morning. I was once again told that someone would be bringing them but that the offices were closed. Again on Sunday night we still did not have them so I called once more and was told it would be Monday before anyone could bring them. So we checked in on a Saturday and checked out on a Tuesday we did not get the passes to access the beach and the pools until Monday afternoon. Also the floors were very dirty our feet were black from walking around barefoot on the floors. The location of the condo was great but the management and communication Was horrible. Plus we didn't get the convenience of the beach access due to. It having bands to access. They never did what they said they were going to do and I asked for a partial refund and I asked several times to speak to supervisors. I was told 3 times a supervisor would call me. They never did. If you're a property owner don't use blue sweljl and if you're a runner avoid them at all costs. company is horrible. They Have no clue about management.

DO NOT RENT FROM 360 Blue!

DO NOT RENT FROM 360 Blue!! This is the first review I've ever written, but I hope to protect any of you from experiencing the neglect that we did. They failed in every way as a property manager. They called us to say that the a/c was out in our house, as we drove to the beach. For the next 3 days, the burden of a remedy was on us alone. 360 Blue plays a cat and mouse game with their renters. Here's how their system works: they tell you they are waiting on an update, while nothing happens. You then call back and get the same response. The only means of reaching them is through an 800#, whereby you will be on hold a minimum of 8 minutes. Your call is answered by one of a pool of "customer service reps". They can't connect you to the previous person you spoke with. They can only send that person a message. At best, they might call you back 2 hours later just to say they are still waiting on an update. The so-called "supervisors" are even more allusive, by design. Their system is designed to take advantage of time passing. They know you will only be there for a matter of days, so they just string you out.

House Swap

We rented a home on the beach for Labor Day well in advance (January) for our large group. A month prior to the trip, 360 Blue called to tell us that the owner pulled the house of the rental market for no known reason. They did offer another house that could accommodate our large group, although an hour further from our originally booked destination and NOT on the beach.

Although the house was lovely and newly built with high end appliances, we were not offered a discount on the home rental for the inconvenience. In fact, when we did ask the employee was quite rude and obnoxious about the requested discount for the inconvenience this was causing our family.

The employee basically stated this is the only option, take it or leave it. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he said there was no one else I could speak to.

Although, I understand that 360 Blue is not in control of owners pulling out of the market, I do feel they have the ability to provide better service and compensate for the inconvenience of such situations.

Terribly disappointed.

Horrible Experience Before, During, and After

Our experience with 360 Blue has been bad from the beginning. 360 Blue has always been incredibly difficult to communicate with. They went back and forth about promises and refunds during COVID and due to our lack of air conditioning during our stay, and their customer service has been consistently poor.

When we arrived at our beach house in Santa Rosa Beach, the air conditioning was not working. After many attempts to reach 360 Blue, we realized they were aware that the air conditioner needed to be replaced, but failed to inform us of this situation before we arrived. They sent us a loud and useless swamp cooler! They said they would bring us ice to keep it running but of course didn’t follow through with that promise. We spent a lot of money for a premium beach front home that ended up feeling like a swamp! The house and experience could have been good and we would have returned, but we will NEVER rent from 360 Blue again. An Uber driver even commented on how 360 Blue is notorious for bad customer service because they know they have a monopoly in the area and will continue to get business regardless of how they treat people.

During our stay we were told that we would be compensated for our terrible experience but nobody reached out. Therefore, I took it upon myself to begin the process. I have been told by several 360 Blue team members that my refund would be issued and they would give me a follow up call and none of them kept their end of the bargain. I was told by one staff (won't say their name) on June 10th that I would be receiving a partial refund of a measly $500 for the experience. When I didn’t receive the money I called and spoke with another INCREDIBLY rude staff member on July 14th. During our conversation she informed me it was never submitted but she would submit it and the money would be in our account in a few business days. I asked her if I could please speak to a supervisor and she wouldn’t put me through and said one would call me back. I never received a phone call and I never received the reimbursement. I then called for a third time and spoke with a different staff member on July 28th. She said the money couldn’t be refunded because we had contested a charge with 360 during the time when 360 told customers they would refund trips due to COVID and then went back on their word. She told me 360 would be cutting a check for $400 ($100 less than the agreed upon amount). I told her this was not the agreed upon amount and she told me she’d speak with her supervisor because she was the last to handle the account. I also asked her to please follow up and call me and have her supervisor do the same. Again, I never received a phone call, email, or a refund. I spoke with a fourth staff member on the phone Monday, August 23rd and was told a check was mailed on August 3rd. I have yet to receive the check and it is now August 29th. The fourth staff member said she was going to send a follow up email to the previous people I had talked to about the status of our refund. I also asked that member to have the supervisor call or email me directly and she has yet to reach out to me.

At this point I am fairly certain I will not be receiving a refund as promised but want to make sure others are aware of our horrible experience with this company.

Poor Customer Service

We stayed at Can’t Stop Belizen in Rosemary Beach from 7/17 to 7/24. We were promised a $400 credit due to the A/C in the Carriage House not working for a few days, which meant that the four people who were to stay in there, had to move to the main house, which inconvenienced the rest of our group. The credit to my credit card, which was promised to take place at least two weeks ago, still hasn’t been received. It’s almost impossible to contact this company by phone. They keep you on hold for over ten minutes and then prompts you to call back. Poor customer service.

We rented a home in Watercolor through 360 Blue for three weeks this summer. We've been using 360B for 7-8 years now and have always been impressed with the home quality/cleanliness and customer service. This year the home we rented was not great. The exterior was beautiful but the inside was pretty worn out. In addition, we had multiple repair issues several of which were pretty major (A/C). Also, the bedding/furniture was pretty worn out and even stained. 360B needs to communicate to the owner that a 'refresh' is desperately needed. Overall 360B has quick service and is great at communicating. This property was just sub-par.

We loved our stay at 5 Main Street

We loved our stay at 5 Main Street, 2E. The views were amazing and the porch swing was the perfect place for relaxing. It was great walking out the door on Main Street and right in to the heart of everything but with the condo on the back side of the building it was very quiet...except for the renovation across the street but that looked like it was wrapping up. The condo was very nice and exactly as pictured. The bikes were a fantastic perk and a really fun way to get out and tour the area. There were 5 of us so we rented 3 more through the 360 Blue vendor and they were waiting at the unit when we arrived. 2 of the pools as well as the beach were a 5 min walk. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the staff at 360 were great. This was our 3rd time in the area and everyone in the family said it was the best property and location. We will definitely be back.

Our contact person

Our contact person, Katie Reyes, was beyond spectacular! From the day of the booking until the day we left, she went above and beyond, trying to meet every concern we had! We needed to use a DVD player in the large Media Room to show family videos, which wasn't originally available, and she found a way to get it done. She sent someone to set it up and explain it all, and those DVDs were one of our highlights! She gave me her personal number to text when I needed anything, so our needs were met without delay! My husband works in the NFL, and sometimes we can get extra help because of that, but she had NO idea about that, and treated us like royalty. She deserves a raise! The house was perfect, had everything we needed, and was a joy for our 13 grandkids and 8 adult kids to stay in. Thank you 360 Blue for being a top notch company! We had a perfect Family Reunion because of you!

There were minor maintenance issues…

There were minor maintenance issues that should have been addressed before arrival but were addressed quickly after we called (broken blinds in a bedroom that's very sunny in the morning). But one of the sinks in the master bath was broken - missing part. We were not notified before arrival, and it rendered the sink unusable. After multiple calls with unknowledgeable and unhelpful staff who wouldn't return my call, I was told that 360 blue was aware of the issue but couldn't fix it because a part was on order. I asked for compensation - as I rented a unit that was supposed to have two operable sinks in the master. But was told no. I probably wouldn't rent again based on this experience.
