My account has been frozen for over a…
My account has been frozen for over a month now for verification, and I have already submitted all requested documents, including proof of card ownership, a 90-day bank statement, and source of funds.
Despite fully complying, I still have no clear update on whether my documents are sufficient, and no timeframe has been provided. Around £700 of my money is currently inaccessible.
Customer support has only provided generic responses and has been unable to give any meaningful information about the progress of the verification.
A formal complaint has now been raised, but I am still left waiting without clarity.
I understand checks are necessary, but the lack of communication and the length of time taken is very frustrating.
I would appreciate this being reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.

Horrible experience
It's been more than 8 weeks now of waiting to get my account verified and the waiting game continues. I hope other people knows that's the kind of predicament they may have to deal with signing up with this company. At this point I might as well not wait in vain and document my experience weekly as customer service never have a clue when this will be completed when I have to contact them weekly for updates.
