I ordered the wrong phone case (which arrived quickly) - I therefore asked by email if this could be swapped.. The company immediately responded and sent a prepaid/freepost label for me which they clearly didn't need to, it was my error. The next day, before I'd even had time to get to the post office, the correct replacement case arrived! Absolutely perfect customer service, can recommend. The cases are nice quality too!

Was gifted a lovely leather phone case but sadly it did not fit my phone and had to return it. My request was answered on New Year's Day with a pre-paid label to return it by post (even though the phone case was great-just didn't fit my phone) Refund followed very promptly. Really impressed.

Very impressed with 32nd shop, ordered a phone case on Sunday and it was delivered Tuesday morning, the case is real leather and very good quality, I will be purchasing again, and would highly recommend.

I have now had 3 phone cases from 32ndShop, really good cases, well packaged and delivered quickly. However last time I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size (completely my fault) I emailed the sales dept asking if I could exchange it, they replied immediately (amazing!), said not to worry, they would send the right one, which they have done, received it two days later. I'm delighted with my new case, and so impressed with this company. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

This the fourth phone case purchase, I've bought from 32nd shop. are excellent. This time it was for iphone 15 pro max. High quality, good real leather, perfect fit. Protective without being bulky.
I by mistake ordered iphone 15 instead of iphone 15 pro. Exchanged the case and prompt delivery. I thoroughly recommend them. Great customer service.

The case I ordered for my Motorola phone was advertised as genuine leather that I paid £19 for although the case was good quality it wasn't genuine leather and could have got similar for £5 . When I pointed this out they said I was mistaken so I then melted it with my soldering iron and sent them the picture.The supplier then sent me a returns label so I could return it

Excellent service as always. I have ordered from this Company several times and on this occasion, despite the fact I omitted to sign into my account, my order was despatched yesterday I received it today.

This company sells very good quality smartphone covers and customer service is second to none.

There was a problem with my order. Hugh could not have been more helpful! I'm very impressed with the service I received. Highly recommended.

I purchased a phone case in February 2019 which I was very, very happy with and because of that I recently replaced it with the identical product in October. Within a short time the new case was cracking down the spine and another area. I emailed them on 9th November with a photo showing the issue. Sadly, I haven't received a reply from them. When I purchased the case recently I had forgotten I had an account with them which I have just accessed and have sent an internal email with pasted initial email and will see what happens!!!
UPDATE .. I have received a speedy response and apology for not responding and promise of a replacement case so will update my rating once I have received it

Having purchased a phone case from this company over four years ago and been delighted with both the product and the standard of service provided, I had no hesitation in using them again when I needed a replacement.
I received speedy email confirmation of the order, swiftly followed by another confirming despatch with tracking reference. The item arrived the next day, appropriately packaged for its size.

They had some niche stuff that I couldn't find elsewhere

Brilliant at getting the goods to you quickly! Not matched so far in my experience! I made an order and next minute it's there!
I made a mistake in colour, contacted them and before I knew it, I had a 1st class label and returns form via email. I don't have a printer and tbh I didn't mind going to the library to print them off, as the service I've found to be so good and they were so accommodating!

Allowing for snail mail as Royal Mail can't always honour the vendors mode of postage, I sent it back and got my replacement 5 days later including a weekend and am thrilled to bits with my new mobile phone cover. So thrilled that I phoned them up to say so.

I previously gave a one star review as I was disappointed that the case didn't close tightly and there was room for only one credit card and did not think I would get a refund. 3 days down the line I feel a lot happier with my case. I am now used to it not having a strap to close it as my previous one had. I do like the substantial feel of the leather. I did not give credit for the efficiency of the ordering and delivery. I was especially happy that the company contacted me about my disappointment with a friendly email and offered a refund. I am keeping the case which is for a Pixel 6a.

The phone case I ordered arrived damaged. A replacement was arranged without any quibbles and a perfect case arrived the next day. Excellent service.

Lovely phone case. Real leather, it arrived quickly avd the customer service was great. I've had a few phone cases from 32nd ship now avd I've been really happy with every one of them. I can highly recommend this shop.
