Don’t buy tours from this company. We bought an Everglades tour at the Bayside marketplace because they had a stand there. This morning we were on time at the hotel where they would pick us up. We have waited an hour and nobody showed up. We have tried to call the contact sales person and the company but they were not answering the calls or texts. The company is unreachable.
We booked the AM boat trip and the afternoon Everglades trip. Upon arrival at the Everglades (about an hour away), we were told the bus wouldn't be leaving until almost 6. Several people, including us were surprised as the woman selling the tickets told everyone we would be back by 4:30 or 5. We ended up missing our evening reservation because we didnt get back to the marketplace on time. The actual tours were amazing, unless you got chosen as a "raffle" winner on the boat tour (it was a timeshare presentation but the lies definitely drops down a few stars. Also, the Everglades tour can be booked with them, directly with the Everglades Holiday Park for half the price. You will just have to get to Ft Lauderdale. If you use this service, please k ow the time isn't two hours. It's an hour there, two and a half hours at the park and then an hour back.
GOOD! I highly recommend 305 Miami Tours if you are looking to discover the most emblematic places in Miami and around. The staff is very nice, and professional, it is very easy to book online, and prices are reasonable for ALL that you get.

Great tour company in Miami! Have done the Everglades, Miami City Tour, and The Key West Tour with them. They did NOT disappoint. ALL tours were great, they include knowledgeable and nice tour guides that answer to your questions, as well as transportation, picking you up from your hotel. Super reasonable prices and you get a discount with multiple tours. Does not get better than that! Happy to recommend them!
