this game is straight out of a dogs rectum, i have an 82overall 3 pointer and spot up non contested threes are air balled from a slightly early or late release. the animations are also anus and many confusing situations happen and they just don’t make sense. Starting a new player at 60 overall is almost impossible to play with and they suggest buying vc with real money so it is pay to win basically unless you spend countless hours selling your life to this video game. Again game is Trash. DO NOT BUY!

Downloaded a DLC game which had issues with the access code. Submitted request for support. Support recommended that I contact the game developer and also their own web store for help. I then asked for a refund which they would not provide.

The service support was not interested or capable in helping.

This game is the absolute worst game available on the market. I scored 24 points one night then the next scored 2. Not only is this game broken it’s the worst possible sport game you could play. This crap is so unrealistic. How do I miss a wide open layup? Worst game on the market. Will never purchase again.

This game is GARBAGE, who made it ok for this GARBAGE game to come out. I was playing my career (which is also GARBAGE) I was playing a game which I had a wide open 3. I greened it but refused to go in.

Playing by yourself is terrible this year. Game is trash solo

I purchased a game, Mafia 2, the Steam key did not work and this company refused to give me a replacement key despite having a responsibility to provide a working product under the consumer act. All they say is that they don't have one and that I should go elsewhere when they are still being sold elsewhere. This is a company that doesn't listen or care about their customers or have any respect for the law.

This game is horrible. They need to fix it or stop making it. It’s broken. Players slide 10 feet away when trying to stop in defend. Where do they do that. Speed doesn’t reflect your actually worked to get. Centers are running as fast as my 99 speed PG. Passing it in the direction of the open players doesn’t work. It’ll pass it to a guy who is covered letting the other team steal it during playing Rec! Badges don’t even work. Have HOF clamp and they’ll be able to just pass me with ease!!! This is all while playing The Rec!!! This game is horrible. I hope NBA Live come out with a 21. I’ll purchase that instead of 2k21. Game is horrible!!!

2K20 IS TRASH ...the defense in this game is freaking broken and build's including the slow one's can easily speed boost pass plus the bagdes this year need to be removed or change like asap. shooting is THE BIGGEST OVERALL ISSUE, like how to do miss a OPEN 3 with a 80 3POINTER.

The absolute worst sports game series to ever be put out. Not only is it not realistic to basketball what so ever, it honestly feels like one of those NBA jam games. I can’t stand this game, the only reason why I still buy it is because it’s the only playable basketball game on the market. I hate you 2k, stop making the game, it’s a disgrace to basketball.

Bought myself a DLC from 2k got black email back with no cdkey. Over a month now trying to get my cdkey, keep sending evidence and keep getting auto replies from indian based customer support asking for same evidence that I have already send. They complain they busy well no wonder if you cant even read own messages. YOUR CHARGING MONEY FOR SERVICE THAT YOU NOT PROVIDE. Sick and tired of dealing with them over £5 dlc. Wont buy any game in the future and now gonna escalate dispute to get my money back for basically useless email confirmation. 2K SUCKS AS WELL AS THEIRS CUSTOMER SUPPORT! AVOID!

I play a lot of NBA 2k because I really enjoy basketball, and, especially now with basketball not around, I have played much more. However, this company, game, and the creators have got to be the most pathetic, greedy, and utterly despicable group of individuals ever. They have no form of contacting the developers to ask questions or give prudent feedback. Instead they have forums setup, ran by individuals that are not even associated with Visual Concepts (the makes of the game) meaning nobody that can actually make changes to the game is going to see it. So regardless of how terrible the game is, they won't care. They don't care. They know the game is bad, that is why they have all these different ways for players to complain that they will never see. I hope that 2k fires everyone that worked on NBA 2k20 and changes up their customer service because it is just so terrible it has turned me into a Karen wanting to speak to the manager with this BS. I can't even understand why they believe this game is worth $60. It is the most expensive piece of trash ever released.

Like everyone else here, had massively bad experience playing a 2k games full of bugs and crashed. Can't be arsed to type out in full, so just leaving a complaint here to ensure 2k gets a bad score.
