Horrible. They can't help with nothing, and are asking for proof that isn't possible to get. Cheats... Just hope your game don't glitch, no help to get here.

This game has the absolute worst things lol the name it’s ass the game it’s ass

I bought 2k22 the day it was released I spent 300$ on vc and all my characters have disappeared and I’ve been waiting over a week for them to even speak with me. I’ve sent multiple emails through website and it just seems like they have no interest in restoring my game. At this I’m out of 400$ and if they were to even give the items I purchased still wouldn’t play that game just knowing what type of people they are. Personally I wish I could sue them but with the agreement they make you sign it’s kind of impossible. With that being I won’t ever spend another penny with company I wish there was something I could do.

Terrible customer support, got my account in a loophole thanks to nba2K21 having a bug and have been trying to get it back for 4 days now, I can not stress enough how unbelievably bad this company is, if only they lost exclusivity to NBA I would not set foot in their website ever again.
Side note to 2K, that will fix a lot of your issues, just make your servers faster and update peoples data and password changes faster that way you don't have to worry about fixing peoples accounts that got mest up in the prosses of changing credentials.

Guys, I absolutely hate EA, here's why. They're trying to put ads on a video game that you've already paid full price into. So let's say that you buy a basketball game like 2k. In the middle of the game, you're going to have to watch a 15-30 second ad before continuing the game that you were so invested in. after that ad, you're out of the immersion because of that freaking ad. That's why I'm not buying the new battlefield. In the new games, they're waiting for a couple of months to go by so that they can put ads into the game to improve their reviews. I don't want to play a game where I need to save my game but I have to watch a adjust to doing it. I don't want it to be like this. ESPECIALLY ON A GAME THAT YOU PAY FULL PRICE FOR. I can understand if it's on a free title, BUT NOT ON A FREAKING FULL PRICE GAME.

Made my games unplayable with the new launcher for literally no reason.

Terrible support, my player got deleted and it took 12 days to still not get the issue resolved. Feels like I'm talking to my self. Support asked me the same question 4 times. Same game every year.
