Would not refund products that were recalled due to safety issues.

Purchased 3 smoke/carbon detectors from these folks who went by the name Gedsfatti on Amazon, but are owned by 2GIG. Two of the three stopped working so they replaced them but then the product was then recalled due to safety issues. Tried reaching out to them after hearing about the recall to find out how to get my money back but they would not respond. I managed to get my money back through Amazon but this company is NOT responsible and NOT customer service based. First off, their products don't work, second when they are recalled you get nothing but crickets from them on getting your money back. Not trustworthy, for sure.

STAY AWAY if you want to deal with a company you can trust.
