Very fast delivery

Very fast delivery, Unfortunately or fortunately, my only experience was making a wrong purchase on the website and asking for a refund right away, but with that I also saw that refunds are very fast. They do everything right, so very good.

Don't expect a refund

I mistakenly purchased a Steam key for a game that I already owned but because "...the activation code has been revealed and downloaded, we are unable to process a refund, as this action compromises the privacy of the digital license." they will not give me a refund for a game I've never downloaded or used when Steam will refund any game with less than two hours of actual GAMEPLAY...

Please note that once a digital activation code is revealed, it can no longer be retracted, as doing so would compromise the security of the license. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

Good & quick customer support

I had some trouble getting my key after placing an order. After a few quick messages with support they first made sure that I got the right version (i.e. XBox/PC) which I didn't. So, I asked for a refund and my issue got quickly resolved.

Fast and Supportive Customer Service

I had an issue with my Elden Ring order due to a refund problem, but the 2game support team handled it quickly and professionally. They offered a fair alternative and eventually provided me with a working game key without any additional cost.

I'm really impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to help. I activated the key successfully and will definitely enjoy the game during my time off. Thank you for the excellent support!
