Supplied unservicable parts, and refused to take back based upon their inaccurate recall of the conversation we had prior to purchase.

£33.60 down ...not worth taking them to court.

Charging for calls at premium rate without making it clear

This company is stupid.... they ask you to text back to premium numbers and will provide you premium numbers to call them back.... today I made calls which I didn't know and checked my bills after seeing some review here at TrrustPilot about this... they Charged me a total of £4.96... I was about to buy from them then I felt they may going to misuse my bank card details so I didn't go ahead with them... Do not give them your bank details...

Told me they had located the part and to phone them on what I later discovered was a premium phone line which cost £7.00 in call charges. Then the part was conveniently found to be faulty when removed from the car which I know is BS as you cant test this part without specialist equipment

Lying money grabbing con merchants
They use premium telephone numbers and lie about the suitability of parts you request. Of those I have bought none I have received were the correct ones as per my very full and accurate descriptive request.
It is then almost impossible to gain a refund and that was only accomplished by my threat of a County Court action!
It is time that the Trading Standards Department stepped up to the mark and banned this company from operating.

Shower of knobs. Who constantly lie. About items they have. Asking for payment before showing any pics. 3 days later confirmed it was wrong part. After me sending pic of the door. STAY WELL AWAY for your own good.

This company took my money for an item they claim to have after a week I phoned them up which took three calls on an 07034711520 number which i did not know was a primium number, which cost me to try and get my money back over £16.00 conartist.dont use

Do not use. This is what appears to be a scam service. I ordered parts, on a Tuesday, they told me they were on the shelf fully tested and I was promised them for the Thursday/Friday nothing turned up. I called them on the provided number (I have more to say about this) at 17:25 and was promised a callback, nothing happened. I did get a callback on Saturday near lunchtime, the person told me the parts were still on the vehicle. I explained what had been promised and relayed the there on the shelf fully tested conversation, I was not happy. The person promised them to turn up on Sunday, you'll never guess what, they didn't. I chased again on Monday and the original guy was really nasty with me, I told him to cancel the order, he said he wouldn't and if he did he'd charge me for them taking the part of the vehicle and they had my card details. I ask for the breakers company name and the person's name, all I got from him was Donald Duckas and lots of sniggering. I rang my bank to discuss stopping any payments to these fraudsters and all I could do was to get my card cancelled as a compromised card and re-issued. Each breaker seems to have a different 0703 471 XXXX telephone number, so I guess this identifies them. I have checked everywhere an nowhere does it mention that I can see that calls to these 0703 471 XXXX numbers are charged at extortionate rates... I will be letting trading standards know.

Having ordered a spare for my car, wanted to advise them not to use one of their"suppliers" who tried to fob me off last year. As mentioned on an earlier post, the part was available too quickly for my liking and so it transpired! It took over 3+ weeks to get here and then was the wrong size!! Managed to get my money back through my card company - thankfully!

Tried this time on the 23rd May, to 'phone @ 10p per minute "plus network extras". Got 'phone bill this morning - how about 23p+ per minute! It turns out that yes, the charge is 10p per minute BUT there is a a connection fee of 23p PER MINUTE as well!!

Beware of using this company!! Did get a quote from the rip off merchant for over 3 times the previous quote. Obviously hoping to get his money back!!

Relentless spamers. Once they have your number they send endless sms messages. There is no way to stop them because their website does not provide this feature.

Spent 4 mins trying to contact a call centre agent. All I heard was a recorded speil about what I should have at hand to inform them what i wanted. I had the part reference number and code.via e-mail they sent me. 4 mins of my pghone credit running down on absolute garbage.

Unacceptable prices for calls, absolutely rubbish, wait for part 3 weeks, paid 156£ for it and received it incomplete. Total cost for call over 40 pound. DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

I needed doors for my car, found this website online so ordered a quote. Got a missed call next morning, so I called them back. Guy on the phone asked me what I needed and as soon as I told him he said yes we have them.. made me suspicious coz it was a really quick answer. Not one but yes for 2 doors matching my car?!! Asked him to send me a picture, never heard back! Oh yes I pretended I didnt know which company it was as I had searched many online, the guy lied!!

Not happy to have to phone a Premium number to deal with these people. After telling me they had the part they then phoned later to say they had not. Meanwhile y phone bill was debited with Premium call costs. Are they in the spares business or premium call business ?

Just typed in 247 spares complaints after being fobbed off about why my parts hadn't arrived. I guess I'm going to have a big phone bill to pay. Absolute b*******s. Can't believe I got caught out!. How is this company allowed to carry on trading?

Complete scam. WATCH THE 0703 NUMBER I had to ring 14 times in total to try to get condition of quoted price confirmed - got through twice but no answer. The other times i was kept on for about 4 minutes before the auto reply rang off - I then find a bill of £200 on my phone for the premium numbers pretending to be land line - never got an answer - nor the part. The number not being answered must be deliberate
