Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. Paid £120 for a seat for my car from Cosmos Auto Parts in Birmingham. Did not recieve the seat and suppliers will not answer the phone. 247 spares are as bad. Avoid both at all costs. My bank is now involved ! Thank God I paid by Visa Debit card. Both Cosmos Autos and 247 Spares are total scammers !

Charged to use service

You get charged for using the service even though you don’t agree to the service charges. Is this even legal? And there’s no facility for contacting the company.

Lol I did say back in 2013 that these…

Lol I did say back in 2013 that these lot were scamming people. My review got deleted.. So here we are checking 7 years later and yep bang on fraudster scammer company. I am surprised as not many picked on the premium like £6.00 per minute telephone and sms scam. I think their main income is from the premium telephone rates! My previous review in 2013 was highlighting this! Tried to warn you guys but these fools managed to have it removed and trustpilot played along their side??

My original review from 2013 :
scam! avoid like plague
a scaming web site lure customer nto calling premium 0703 number. no parts in stock. they just want you to call, keep you 29 mins on the phone (@ 6.00 gbp per minute) for then say: no part in stock... call later!

full scam!!! avoid lioke plague

I should have read the review of course…

I should have read the review of course - but I didn't!!

On the recommendation of a vehicle mechanic friend I paid £180 for a front bumper & grill for my Hyundai Santa Fe which was so damaged that I could not use it - I am trying to get my money back. But 24/7 are just the in-betweeners (between breaker and us customers) and they accept no liability.

This is a flawed system - I would never use them again and advise others not to

DO YOUR CHECKING BEFORE PAYING😡😡😡🤯🤑🤑

As others, if I could post a 0 stars I would ,ordered 2 x transit bumpers from car and commercial dismantled of rochdale via 247 spairs.was told he would sort out the best he had as the had plenty to choose from .what arrived was no better that the damaged ones on my own van I was trying to change.however a valuable and somewhat expensive lesson learnt.as since I have found out 2 x new bumpers were half price on Ebay .think I momentarily lost my mind.🤯.very low standards as they arrived with caked mud still on inside.
Damages to both and just not fit for purpose.

Really a zero star review

Really a zero star review, but min option is 1 star. Enquiry through 247spares led to a ref no for a car body part in West Midlands, Birmingham. I asked for a photo of the part, which was emailed over after a couple of hours. I recognised the photo - it had been uplifted from a part for sale on Ebay by a different supplier. Was able to trace the Ebay part to a supplier in another part of the country, who was able to photo the part from different angles and demonstrate that he actually had the part for sale, and who confirmed he had no knowledge of the Birmingham 'supplier'. Went back to the Brum supplier and asked him to send extra pics from different angles, he has not responded. Clearly a deliberate attempt to defraud me out of funds, fortunately no money had been paid over. 247spares need to take these guys from their system, I'm happy to supply details should anyone ask. Awful, tread very carefully. Supplier was Sam Auto Parts, West Midlands, should be removed from the 247spares system IMHO.

I was really nervous getting a part…

I was really nervous getting a part after reading some of the reviews however the service I got was exceptional. The heater I ordered cost me £60 instead of £300 buying it from the dealer and it arrived within 2 days. I understand some people may have had bad experiences but I would never have found the supplier if it wasn’t for twenty
Four seven spares, my only advice would be that twenty four seven spares maybe offer some protection to those people that order via their site. I spoke to the salvage yard at length and they reassured me the part would be with me and it was fully working, in which it was.

I left a part request online ant these…

I left a part request online ant these ‘jokers’ left me a telephone message saying they had my part which was a starter motor relay switch for a PT Cruiser, I asked how much & he told me £100, reluctantly I gave my credit card details over the phone and he promised me it would be delivered to me by Thursday/Friday the same week as the phone call was on a Monday. ThursdayFriday came & went with no part delivered, I got straight back on the telephone to asked why they blatantly lied to me about the part being delivered by the end of the week ! They apologised and said it would definitely arrive by Tuesday the following week, of course it never arrived so I was back on the phone to them again only to be completely lied to yet again with them saying it would be delivered by Thursday/Friday, I said you told me that last week and it never arrived ! Of course Thursday/Friday came & went & no part arrived, I can’t believe how totally useless this company is and they employ complete liars to operate the phones, after 2 weeks of frustration the 2nd hand part finally arrived which I fitted myself & for 1 week the part was okay but then decided to fail on starting again, so I did the bypass of the relay again to get the car started and contacted a Chrysler Spares company direct who told me the starter relay switch brand new was £14 & delivered would be £18 ! I ordered one & within 5 days it arrived and I fitted it myself & it’s now perfect. COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF BY THESE CRIMINALS AND LIED TO BY TWO OF THE COMPANIES EMPLOYEES A TOM & GARY WERE TWO OF THE MEN I SPOKE WITH AND I WOULD RECOMMEND NOBODY EVER USES THIS USELESS RIP OFF COMPANY. They lied saying they had the part which they obviously didn’t & then lied to saying it had been posted when it hadn’t on numerous occasions!

Story begins at beginning of July when…

Story begins at beginning of July when my car egr pipe decided to let me down. Its a part hard to find but after long online serches i found it at 24/7 spares also named cosmos auto parts. Made the order on 15th july but they didn't took the money from the card and didn't sent it. They took the money on 22nd july saying the part will be delivered next friday. It wasn't. Was delivered after 3 weeks. Open the package and... wrong part. Hundreds of calls, emails etc was made and i recived answers like,, tomorrow, next friday, next monday etc. After weeks they told me they can't provide the part and i will be refunded. But now is 9th October and i am still losing time and money with every day calls begging to give my money back. Same answer all the time, tomorrow, have problem with payments, next monday, the manager will call you back. End of October and i don't have the refund! DO NOT USE!!!!

I would report them to Police!SCAMMERS BE AWARE!!!

I would report them and give them a star called not "BAD" but the "WORST" ever. Please do not call them as they charge a lot for phonecalls and they are only bloody scammers. You think it is cheap to buy from them and you bite this but the products are wrong or with faults, broken and you cannot ask for refund. I bought a mirror for the car and it was totally broken, useless ...they answer but do not help you at all, you send them pictures and they do not do anything, only mocking around....You won't see your money back ever. Another risk you take is giving to them bank details and it is not a trustful company unfortunatelly please be aware. These scammers should be reported immediately to Police!!!!!!
