From the sample to delivery of my blind l can’t fault this company. I ordered my made to measure Roman blind and was told approx 2 weeks for delivery. It came in less. It arrived very well packaged and I literally just had to take it out of the box and put it in place. The no drill fitting is sooo easy to use and it fits perfectly. The quality is amazing just like the sample and I’m fussy. I would definitely use this company again and highly recomend them to all.

Blind arrived the next day, they were so easy to install, no tools needed and look really good, especially considering how cheap they were.

The quality of the blinds are excellent. Brilliant customer service. Delivery is also excellent. Lovely, helpful and friendly delivery team and the blinds are packaged very well. We have ordered 2 sets so far and will be placing an order over the weekend for a further 2 more sets

when i received my blinds they was bent a little , still cannot get them straight but I needed to put them up for privacy

Delivery was an hour and a half late, I know not really their fault but frustrating anyway.

Blinds arrived (I ordered 11, costing over £600) and the two longest ones for a door were absolutely perfect but every blind I put together after those two had a seriously warped first slat, sometimes even second slat too.
If I loosened the tension enough it would stop warping but then they don't have enough tension to actually go up or down. I eventually loosened them off so they wouldn't open just so the first slat didn't warp so badly (in case there was a magical solution).

Emailed and got a response the next day - spoke to Chloe who was lovely and they're going to remake the blinds. Production issue apparently.
Will update this review if it's ever sorted satisfactorily but it is still very disappointing to come across an issue this soon, especially when I set aside time to build and fit them and now I can't.

Put together 5 out of 11 and so disheartened I don't want to do the last ones yet until I have an answer about this fault.

They're made from flimsier material than in the past and are trickier to put together. As with everything the price has stayed about the same (bought some 4 years ago) but the quality has declined. One of the sticks to twist the venetian blind completely shattered in my hands as I was fitting it too which was mildly scary but also an indicator of poor quality in my eyes.

I am very pleased with the blind, although not blackout it shields my kitchen from the sun and keeps it cool, without losing the light.
The quality is very good, my son in law found it simple to fit.

Didn't have to wait long to get the blinds look really nice

Total blackout blind. I need total darkness to sleep and have tried different types of blinds but this beats them all.
By following the measuring guidelines it fits snuggly and the foam strip filled the slight deviation in my window surround.
It arrived a few days before the estimated delivery date.
The frame is sturdy and the blind material slides easily in the guides giving a firm action

I received an email with an offer, so I rang the company as I did not want to receive my curtains too quickly as I was going away, but I wanted to use the offer. The person I spoke to told me to put the dates I could receive the curtains in my order and they would make sure they were not dispatched until the date I said. I then contacted them immediately after putting my order through, to make sure they had received the instructions. They said they had. Then lo and behold they turned up a week and a half early when I wasn’t available to receive them. I had to arrange for my neighbour to collect them. When I eventually got them, they were scrunched into a small box, full length curtains screwed up in a box. Which I had also validated before I ordered that they wouldn’t be all screwed up.

Then when I hung them, the pinch pleats weren’t hanging properly on one curtain. So I got back onto the company, they asked for photos which I sent, weeks went by and I chased it and they asked for more photos which I sent. We are now several months down the line and I am still waiting. Needless to say, I am not at all impressed with this company.

The whole process was easy from my first contact on line to actually fitting the roller blind into the window
