An easy experience from start to finish. The website explains every thing in detail and there are many excellent products to choose from. The price was extremely reasonable and our order went through smoothly. We were kept informed on how our order was proceeding and the delivery was quick and efficient.
The blinds we ordered are very good quality. We did have to contact the helpline and were dealt with politely and our issue was resolved instantly.

After writing how unhappy i was on here on the 10th August i was asked to supply more info to locate my order and help resolve it on the 11th Aug which i sent back the same day and still havent had any response at all - very disappointing! The following is my original review.

I have had 2 blinds from here since end Sept but they are terrible. They keep sliding open and dont stay shut properly and there are gaps at the bottom where they just dont sit right. The gaps are also big where the cords are on the untaped blinds so they let a ridiculous amount of light in around the cords so useless in my sons room (he has adhd so doesnt sleep well anyway without all the light seeping through) and also the large blind in the living room where we have to close completely in the day as sun shines directly through there but then just shines through all the holes by the cords . These were a replacement pair for my first pair that arrived damaged so really disappointed!

We asked for an express Venetian blind, which was well worth it. It arrived on time. The video was very helpful, although the ordered blind was much wider & needed 2 people. A video of a wider blind would be helpful

This company has been phenomenal from ordering to delivery with a fantastic quality product. Highly recommend nothing has been a problem. I caused and I see myself and they have been absolutely brilliant.

The blinds I order are great 😊,but delivery was not good I was away when I got notified they were coming so I changed the date for delivery and got confirmation it had been changed but got notified the had been delivered I live on a busy main road and wouldn’t be home till 3days later . So had to get a friend fron 3miles away to pick them up as I don’t have neighbours

Delivery very efficent,well packed, all the bits included.DIY with srew drivers etc not our thing! The blind is up (still), however not quite correct when we have more time we will take it down and take more time to reaffix.The clour and quality of the blind is good.Much cheeper than others we bought recently, except they fitted them. We will get it sorted!!!

Great service and easy to send off the measurements. Blinds fit perfect and very nicely made. Very happy with the blind, I went for the night and day in white.

Blind was ok but a previous blind wasn’t silver on the back which show when then blind is pulled up

When delivered all 3 blinds fit perfectly. Wasn't pleased having to pay 2 delivery charges and they arrived together
