I am absolutely furious with 1st Formations. I spent my entire day going through your registration process, filled out all the details, paid the fee — and only AFTER all of this did you reject my application simply because I am based in Pakistan.

This is completely unacceptable. If your service does not support Pakistani residents, WHY is it not clearly stated on your website and packages BEFORE a customer pays? You wasted my entire day and caused me significant stress and frustration.

The least a professional company can do is be TRANSPARENT about who they can and cannot serve. A simple note saying 'We do not accept applications from Pakistani residents' would have saved me hours of my time.

Yes, you refunded my money — but you cannot refund my wasted time and the mental stress this caused. This is not how a reputable business should operate.

I strongly warn any Pakistani-based person or non-resident Pakistani — DO NOT waste your time with 1st Formations. They will take you through the entire process and reject you at the end without any prior warning.

Quick and simple

I had a good experience overall. I would have given 5 stars, but i had to query a "free service" i still had not received within 6 days of my incorporation. In their defense, I reached out to a very responsive customer support, and my problem was resolved within 24hrs.
However 1stFormations could solve this problem in their on boarding document. Adding some clear timeframe ranges on services that are supplied by external entities. Of course, this would be guided on what service level agreements have been set with these entities, but adding the timeframe info would go along way to help avoiding future confusion.

Very good, lots of communication and free extras like Xero 6 month trial.
