Fast delivery. Correct spec item, as odered. Well priced.

I enquired as to wether the aluminium sheet supplied would have a rolled/ polished or brushed finish
Steve assured me that the sheet has a rolled finish only
On receipt of order I peeled of the protective film to be presented with a distinctive brush finish
Rang to ask about this and was told the sheet is not brushed
I’ve been involved with industrial design and engineering most of my working life and can distinguish between different metal finishes
Unfortunately 1st choice metals can’t
I’ll not be purchasing from them again unfortunately

Excellent quality aluminium lengths some of which were standard sizes and some bespoke with free first cut on each length.

Exection by the Company was excellent and very fast and they communicated extremely well. Sadly they were let down by Parcel Force who took 5 days to deliver and whose communication is both erratic and dishonest. Their online records show they received the item on 21/5 from the the seller as advised by he Seller. They then delivered eventually on 27/5 claiming to me they only received it the 26th . They have deleted their records which clearly showed the item to have been in Basingstoke for delivery on the 22nd.
