Jon was amazing, he sorted the issue on the same day and really helped with the set up of a new system and the later problems with the memory cards! I’d recommend Jon to everyone

I have used Jon several times now and can’t recommend him more highly. He is always quick to respond, calm and willing to explain what needs to be done and what he is doing via remote control. He is efficient and excellent value. He is definitely my 4th emergency service!

Quick effecient IT services
7 years ago a mutual friend introduced me to Jon Tucker of First Line Support and computing became a whole lot easier from that moment on. If but more usually when, something goes wrong I am on the phone to Jon and He always sorts it out very quickly. Usually this involves him coming on board via his app and he sorts it out remotely. I have also used this service whilst away in Germany and in Northern China. If I have any technical computing or IT type queries Jon is always my "go to" port of call. I thoroughly recommend his services as He is quick, extremely experienced and very good value for money. A call to Jon will almost certainly sort your IT problem and won't break the bank in the process.
