1Gbits – Scam, Misinformation, and Account Ban Without Refund!

Before renting a server, I explicitly asked their support if I could announce my subnet. They confirmed that it was possible, so I proceeded with the order.

However, when I submitted a ticket for the announcement, I was shocked to receive a response stating that they do not announce /22 subnets. Despite this being their mistake, as their support misled me before the purchase, they refused to refund my money.

When I pointed out their unprofessionalism, they simply banned my account without any refund.

This service is a complete scam! If you want to throw your money away without receiving any service, go ahead. Otherwise, stay far away!

Horrible!!

It's the most horrible experience I had ever!!
It takes them a decade to answer support tickets, days to setup anything. The server was having bunch of error and down times. Then eventually they don't have even 9 public IPs to add, totally not worth and waste of money

The RDP is a scam

The RDP is a scam, you are not getting admin access as advertised and when I contacted with them they said sorry we meant the VPS, no refund whatsoever (although I barely used it for 10 minutes).

Also the website is really not usable at all. Very bad user experience (both in the website's UX and their policy and scam).
