Jonny was really good at explaining and teaching. He made this course enjoyable and had good quality resources to use whilst learning e.g. the dummies.

Everything was explained in a clear and visual way.

Highly instructive and enjoyable.
A perfect blend of theory and practice.
Jon does a great job of making the training memorable. Regardless of participants' individual retaining capacity, they will all remember the key information and crucial lifesaving techniques.
Very knowledgable in answering all questions.

First Aid Outdoors

Jon is an excellent first aid instructor. His delivery was relaxed, fun and informative, the venue was very good as were the refreshments and I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn first aid in an outdoors environment.

This course was excellent.

This REC First Aid course was simply excellent. Jonathan knows his stuff, and more than that, he knows how to get it across so that we remember it. Great outdoor scenarios too. I'll be back.

REC First Aid Course

This is my 3rd REC first aid course with Jon at 1FirstAid1 and every one I have found to be excellent. This course was like the previous, very relaxed, full of teaching points and practical where ever possible. The new Rescue Annie's with iPad wireless connections are a fantastic piece of kit. Giving you a percentage score for your CPR efficiency, they also allow people to receive instant feedback which they can action to ensure practice is perfected. I would highly recommend 1FirstAid1 for any of your training needs.

A great REC 1st aid course

A great REC 1st aid course, informative, fun, hands on - a good learning environment.
This was a great refresher bringing the latest thoughts and procedures, delivered in a relaxing non-threatening environment.

"Super resusi- annies" with IT links to compression rate, depth and effectiveness of breathing really helpful in establishing CPR efficiency.
