Slight disappointment.

Had to chase this order a week after ordering as no notification received why it wasn't posted out 24-48 hours following receipt. In view of the cost etc would expect staff to keep customers informed although staff exceptionally helpful when contacted even though things were not done as stated but was actioned a day later.

Return costs too much

Despite the directions I always have difficulty with the size, I usually buy 14, I chose 16 and it would have taken 18
Returning the garment to change sizes costs too much. I already did it with the previous garment and spent 30 euros, it is not acceptable

Regarding our return policy, we currently offer free returns for customers in Canada and the U.S. However, due to elevated shipping costs, we do not offer free returns in Europe at the moment. We understand that returning items for size exchanges can incur additional expenses, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service!! The product is beautiful and came packaged exquisitely. Also, I compared the same dress at another store and it was $100 more! A definite five star experience!
