18650 Battery store is great. Shipping is always super fast and prices are unbeatable anywhere else. They have always been super helpful with my questions and any needs I've ever had.

I am using their batteries for a couple of restoration projects for older laptops that no longer make batteries for them. The batteries are great! However, the shipping isnt, it takes forever.

I got my battery P28A and charger in 5 business days, good prices and quality

Trash support, and their representative is rude. They made a mistake, and are blaming it on me. Not trying to refund me either.

Ordered my product and got quick confirmation of the order processed. Given a USPS tracking #. The link only ever showed that “USPS label was created”. Emailed the company-No response. Ever. Went on company site and they have the “chat with” message system and tried “chatting” with employee, and again NO RESPONSE.
Only after trying to contact the company did I even finally get a response from USPS that they received my product to ship, 8 days AFTER I placed my order. I already ordered from a Trusted Vendor and will be returning their product and submitting for a refund. Poor company. No Customer support whatsoever. Please be aware that 18650battery.com does not care about you or your order. Spend your money at your own risk. I do NOT recommend 18650battery.com at all. Alan M. Texas

I’ve purchased from this retailer on a few occasions s previously & never had an issue. On my most recent order, I purchased 6 batteries & 2 batteries were bad. I emailed them, went to their website to use their live chat to receive no response, then I called them to be put on hold, then sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail & 3 days later still no return call. This is absolutely p!ss poor customer service. It appears they now rip you off on batteries by sending you batteries with issues, then they you cannot speak with anyone there. Do NOT purchase from this retailer because if you have an issue, they will ignore you because they already have your money. But hey, they will send you a service survey & a 10% off your next order discount code! Find somewhere else to purchase your cells from as this place doesn’t give a d@mn about their customers. Sometimes saving money costs you more in the end.

I placed an order on December 3, 2020 for (2) sets of 18650 IMR batteries and paid for 2-4 day shipping via USPS. It's now December 15th and the package has still not arrived. I called the customer service number on their website last night and the gentleman told me that there's nothing he can do and to wait for the package to arrive, but if it doesn't arrive within the next week they will ship another package. This is unacceptable. I paid for additional for a delivery of 2-4 days, however now i'm stuck with waiting for a package that may never arrive. What a waste of money and time.

WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE BATTERIES FROM THIS PLACE MY ORDER HAS BEEN LOST FOR OVER TEN DAYS AND I'VE MESSAGE THERE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TWO DIFFERENT TIMES AND THEY NEVER RETURNED MY EMAIL OR GOT BACK TO ME AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF THEY ARE USING USPS TO SHIP THE BATTERIES INSTEAD OF UPS!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS STORE OR YOU'LL BE RIPPED OFF LIKE ME JUST WANTED TO WARN OTHER PEOPLE OUT HERE! GO TO IMR BATTERY STORE THEY TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS RIGHT!!!!

While their prices are good, and they ship very quickly, they ship damaged goods. Of the 10 Sanyo 20700 batteries I purchased, 6 had to be re-wrapped immediately since the wraps were torn. The tears on some were clearly visible and large, so the vendor just didn't care that they were sending clearly damaged goods. Additionally, most of the batteries had dents/creases on the sides, with 2 of them being damaged so significantly that I had to discard them. When I emailed 18650batteries about the issue (and sent photos) I received no response. Will NOT be shopping here again

Excellent communication, fast shipping and fair prices. I received emails when the product was ready to ship, when it did ship, the day it was scheduled to arrive and when it did arrive. I highly recommend the company.

Great prices. Great batteries in stock. Fast delivery. I will be buying all by batteries from this site. The little charger works great too.
