The worst customer service ever. Unable to unsubscribe from emails. They have no genuine email address, and they don't do as they promise.
"Service Manager " Jessica Bond says will cancel, yet emails keep comin, despite over 12 attempts to get them to stop.
MANY people on Facebook complaining they never get replies.
Avoid at ALL costs

want to order the complete course for the offer price of € 127 for € 59.95, but that is not possible. When I press order I only see the normal price. I now have the demo version but would really like to order the full package for €59.95 as you offered in the email

The only mail I got after my payment is that I still have to pay… I already paid €60 for my course!!!! Received nothing. You also cannot get in contact with them. Really bad service they only want the money

The pronunciation of each word is completely understandable, which makes it easier to learn such a difficult language.
If I could add something to the course, it would definitely be pronouncing each letter of the alphabet, because some sounds are difficult to pronounce at the very beginning of the course

Paid the course 97 euro, i received an email of confirmation of the order but also states to pay as soon as possible, when i already paid via IDEAL... the next day I receive a reminder that i have to pay the course together with a separate email of PayPal that my payment will be refunded....? I tried to send an email or complaint via their website but it doesn't go through. If this is their way of handling their administration I highly doubt that this is a fit for me. I choose 17 minutes because they are on of the few language institutions that offers Indonesian as a course. I use Rosetta Stone for my Mandarin and French course which goes very smoothly and is one of the best language institutions out there. I will not continue "17 minute language" because it went wrong from the start.

Very good course for increase vocabulary. It really works learning new words. I learn German with croatian. There are some bugs in app, in german dialogs is english text. I would like more gramatics.

One of the few Amharic learning programs.

The keep on sending payment requests end the threat that they are going to stop my login codes.
In the mean time send them two times over the proof of payment.
They send the excuses that a bot is doing this but it drives me nuts.
The behavior of the customer service is the same as the bot

Update 10/16/23: Well, that was my initial impression, but after working with the course the past couple of weeks, I kept finding anomalies and eventually found myself double checking everything against a dictionary. In the end, I cancelled my subscription. It's too bad, because the basic idea of the course seems sound, but the owners need to hire some experts to do a better job of proofreading it.

Don't trust this company! I paid €47 for an Egyptian course but never received the login details and they keep on sending payment reminders threatening to block my login details that I never received!! Not responding to my messages and no way to contact them properly! Waste of my time and money!!

I have just bought the course, but it's impossible to get to the login page. So I can't use it.
Contact with the helpdesk has not resulted in any answer, so this really feels as a bad start!

It's difficult to describe just how unbelievably buggy, and generally problematic, this website is. Many features work only occasionally, not at all, unpredictably, or on one device but not on another. It's as if they released the beta version of 17 Minute Languages long ago and then called it a day.
And yet certain aspects of the design of 17 Minute Languages make it a unique and useful language-learning tool -- you CAN use it effectively to learn a new language -- as long as you have enough patience to figure out how to work around the many, many bugs.

what made my experience great is the way they teach these language courses and what the company is doing well on is their methods on learning a new language.

Comfortable way to learn new words. I am shy while learning new languages. But here I feel safe. I see pictures, I hear as much times as I need to hear before I remember.
