123Werkbladen Reviews

Extensive choice of product and very careful advising. I am very happy with the final result. The installation was seamless and all interactions very friendly. I highly recommend

5 stars - no doubt!! Wonderful products in design and quality. The showroom in Amsterdam Noord is fantastic and the staff is great help in assisting to navigate through it.
The entire process from quotation to measuring and installation is absolutely smooth and easy. High quality countertops at fair prices.

The installation team were on time, professional and kind. They answered questions I had clearly and patiently and the work is top notch. I will gladly recommend 123Werkblad to others.

I ordered a kitchen counter and washbasin here. The process of ordering and understanding my options was very smooth, as was the delivery and installation (even though it took a little bit longer than initially indicated). The counter is beautiful and I am really happy with it, but unfortunately some parts of the sink were incorrect and missing. I reached out to the team about this, and was told that they would send the correct parts, however, that is almost a month ago and I am still waiting, despite follwing up multiple times. This is very disappointing, since I still cannot make use of my full kitchen 3+ months after placing my order

Absolutely the best service in the entire Netherlands!
After visiting numerous places, we finally arrived at 123werkbladen in Amsterdam—and instantly knew we were in the right hands. The team welcomed us with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. They understood our needs immediately and guided us with expertise and patience every step of the way.

A huge kudos to the staff for delivering such outstanding service—we truly felt like valued customers from the moment we walked in. The attention to detail, the sincerity, and the overall experience were nothing short of exceptional.

The delivery was perfectly on time, and the craftsmanship was truly top-notch. Everything was done to perfection, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.

We’re beyond grateful and can’t recommend them highly enough!

My second purchase!
Again great service!
Fast and reliable with superb quality!

Great quality and price - the best on the market! Also great service from Rick Veldjesraaf, Sales Advisor. Definitely recommend and will use again for our next kitchen renovation.

The customer service, and attention to detail of Nick, and the 123werkbladen team is top notch. It was a smooth, and easy process from start to finish. The communication, and craftsmanship of the materials was excellent. I highly recommend 123Werkbladen!

The staff were excellent, very helpful and knowledgable. Very willing to help, and great communication. I would recommend them to anybody in the market for new counter tops.

Avoid as they are unprofessional. The personnel confirmed the functionality in person when preparing the order in the showroom, but in reality is not aware of the features of the products sold and whether they are suitable for the needs of the customer. Once confronted about the incorrect sink for a food disposer, they refused to take any responsibility for that mentioning it's the responsibility of the customer to verify what they say as they are not the experts... Unless you are ready to double check everything told, better go for a company that is fully aware of what they sell!

I ordered a worktop here. Service in the showroom was great. Installation guys did their job well. End result looks good

They were very quick to reply and perfectly thorough with taking measurements and installing my countertop.

Very good service for ordering. Helpful with advice and adjustments. Delivery on time. Installation was a little messy. The price was definitely very good and well worth it.

I am very satisfied. Kitchen worktop is best quality.
