Not good. Said we had a problem with the suspension. They said they fixed it. Same noise came back now its something else that's the problem. your a garage your supposed to know what your doing. Will not be using them again.. The previous owner was bang on. excellent Mechanic but sold it to car wash people.

Excellent communication from start to finish. All work carried out to a very high standard with a single point of contact throughout. Thoroughly recommend this local garage.

We’ve been buying our cars and having them serviced here for over 20 years and always thought the garage and staff were great. Usually had a call to book it in. No call this year so rang up and told it was closing tomorrow! We could have been told.

Absolutely fantastic customer service on my Audi S5.

Very clear about what had to be done, what was an advisory and what I needed to think about looking ahead. Waited for approval before doing anything. No hard sell on the stuff that didn't need doing rightaway.

Lent me a courtesy car for a tenner while they were doing the work although they were so quick I barely managed to go anywhere in it.

About half the price of the main dealer too.

After sales service second to none. A mechanic came to my home, the day after I phoned about a problem I was having with extremely noisy windscreen wipers. He replaced the wipers and - total bliss - no more windscreen noise.

We purchased a 17 Reg Hyundai at Premier just over a week ago and after a month of looking. With all cars being so expensive these days we needed to find the right price and a sound vehicle. Our salesman was Tony. He was really good and helpful. The vehicle was well prepared and we got excellent document and warrantess. We have done 500 miles already and are super pleased. Efficient. On time

Premier were incredibly helpful as always. I was recovering from surgery and they collected and returned the car for the service and MOT free of charge. My wheel caps had got very scuffed and they restored them beautifully free of charge along with a free clean in and out. It sparkled like a new pin. They send a video in which mechanic explains the work done or what might need to be done next time. Very reassuring.

Really easy to sell my car and great professional service from them.
