No delivery after 2 weeks and counting

Ordered 2 products. After 10 days of hearing nothing from the company, I had to contact them myself to see when the products are going to be delivered.

The first delivery (by truck) never showed. The smaller item was supposed to be delivered by Post NL, they say they never received the package....

So I call the company in the morning to ask what is going on. They act surprised and promise to let me know. End of the day, still heard nothing from them.

I am now hoping they will either deliver or give me my money back, but I am starting to think this webshop is just a scam.

Slow delivery service

Still no delivery after 2 weeks, although guaranteed within 5 working days. Awaiting 3rd attempt tomorrow. Will update.

Delivery promised (3rd time) between 11:45 and 13:45 today.
Late, but finally arrived. Customer Service was helpful.
