Do not order from this website. My order never was never shipped, although they refuse to own up to it. After two weeks of no updates I asked where my order was and they told me to wait for the date of arrival (a month and a half later), the date came and went, they refuse to answer if my order was ever shipped, the item was sold out. They say sorry like they will fix the issue but they refuse to be honest about what is going on. Don't order from them... Really bad customer service as well...

nail lacquer thiner bothles came poured off, used
I ordered nail lacquer thiner bothles. 2 bothles out of 3 came used, poured off very visably. So I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM. No comunication, no explanation… I will never buy again from them. I had problem before in the past with my order. But I just convinced my self that sometimes it hapends. But now again. 2 times I ordered and 2 times problems… NEVER AGAIN

Excellent customer service
The wrong goods were delivered but the customer service to resolve the issue was really impressive! They responded very quickly, were helpful and pleasant and resent the correct order. I didn't have to chase the progress of the issue - it was seamless. Big thanks to Laura!

Ordered hair wax 4th of April
Ordered hair wax 4th of April, delivery supposed to be by the 15th of April, I need this product by the 18th but there has been no communication. I have emailed no reply.
UPDATE - I have heard from the company and to be honest they have been very quick to resolve my issue,I received my parcel yesterday.

WARNING: ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY WITH GREAT CAUTION!
I ordered goods to the value of £31.76 on 1 Feb (#WEB1579). I received an initial sales confirmation email, stating that delivery would be no later than 10 Feb. I received no updates from this company, nor their delivery partners since that email.
The maximum delivery date came and went and nothing was received. I tried calling. The phone number on their website is incorrect and does not get through. But even if you find the correct one, no one EVER answers. Nor do they respond to the message they ask you to leave.
After emailing, they have replied to emails saying a refund has been requested. But there is no refund in sight, even after waiting longer than the full week they've asked me to wait. I tried calling again - but again, no answer, and no reply to messages left.
I've had nothing in writing to confirm the refund is forthcoming, other than a poorly written unofficial looking email from someone saying your refund has been requested. No explanation as to why the parcel never arrived - I'm really not convinced there ever was a parcel...
NOTE TO TRUST PILOT: Reviews are rated 1 -star more than any other rating - yet they still get a trust score of 3.9??!! These people are CROOKED.
