Bought some earphones

Bought some earphones, no delivery when i tried to call the guy no answer and no answer to emails. Beware he is clearly a scammer i tried to report to ABN bank and they wont do anything! They will not even blacklist the company to avoid furtger people being harmed! I do not understand this how can the person so easily get away with this with no reprocussion! Only postivie i can take is to learn a lesson for the future to be extra careful. I hope this man gets caught and jailed, will file a police report tomorrow his name is Anash Fili i think, please everyone do the same and report this man leta bring him down together!
