I'm not satisfied with how long it's…
I'm not satisfied with how long it's taking to process my order. I've been waiting for 5 weeks and still haven't received anything. Last year they were responsive, but not anymore.
I'm requesting a refund because my tournament is finished and I didn't receive anything in time.
