My withdrawal amount 32000 inr not credited

One month ago but no result

I entered the wrong account number by mistake but the IFSC code was correct and they are saying that the payment has been successfully sent. I should check with the bank and do that. This cannot happen that a wrong account number is entered but the IFSC code is correct and the money gets sent. I have also tried sending the money to this wrong number but it is not getting sent.

They are telling me to go to the bank and find out where the money went?I checked with the bank and they say only the person who sent the money can tell me. Where has it gone?

Very cheap company, it's fraud level c grade company never trust and never deposit they will only take your money. Not withdrwal giving.

I made the deposit but money not…

I made the deposit but money not credited into my account.
This is the same problem I am facing from last few months.
THEY HAVE BECOME A FULL SCAMMERS .
JUST WANT TO RIP OFF PEOPLE MONEY.

THERE CHAT SUPPORT AND EMAIL SUPPORT ARE THIRD CLASS,JUST DISGUSTING.

PEOPLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE TOTALLY ZERO KNOWLEDGE.

2.if you login one device after you login other device and change password but still login all device safe security issue
3. If you play big amount site disable all imps and upi deposit withdrawal

I did a withdraw of 15000 on 3rd Feb at…

I did a withdraw of 15000 on 3rd Feb at around 6.05am IST and it got confirmed from 10cric but i dint received my funds till date daily get connecting with support but they have some system generate mails, in chat support they were telling me our relevant team investigating on the case if we get any update u will get an update through mail. Facing very difficulties here but still i have a trust on 10cric website only bcz this was a first time to me and hopping it wil be last to me. And am scared to deposit also if it continue then, so am waiting for my funds with patience. Kindly look into it and do the needful for the same. Ill share you my ticket no. 1526081.

And you asked my bank statement from so and so date after that also you people dint got any solution. Do one thing mate kindly share your bank details to me for my transaction from 3rd to till date with UTR no. Ill check and solve my problem. Even my bank manager was very close to me he will update me on this transaction.

Any ways am waiting for my funds please release relevant team my funds. If not refund it to my 10cric account ill play atleast and i try my luck with it. But I dont want to be a dump man for now.

I hope you people solve this problem at the earliest and looking forward to review 1s again.

I know you people work on this and finally you all did it my funds got into my 10cric account however it doesn't mean where it should come but my funds got refund and am happy to share this word. Dear all be patience and wait for it you all get your funds back. Thanks complete team

If your deposit not credited to your game wallet then forget about it.
They will never credit it. Its scam
They just tell you to wait 7 business days after that 15 business days but nothing will happen

I saw this ball hitting for 1 run

I had a very bad experience with 10Cric regarding a wrongly settled bet and extremely poor customer support.

Match: Antigua And Barbuda Falcons vs Saint Kitts And Nevis Patriots (Virtual Cricket)
Market: Over 0.5 runs – 5th delivery
Stake: ₹3500
Odds: 1.40

First, my bet stayed unsettled for more than 6 hours, which is already suspicious and unusual.
After waiting hours, they suddenly settled it as LOST, even though I clearly watched the live match and saw the run scored with my own eyes.

When I contacted support, they kept giving the same copy-paste reply:
👉 “We checked internally with game providers”
👉 “0 runs in the 5th delivery”
👉 “No official results available”

They provided: ❌ No proof
❌ No video
❌ No match log
❌ No transparency
Just “trust us”.

How can players trust results when: • There are no public results
• No verification
• Only their internal system decides
• And support refuses to investigate properly?
Customer service was completely useless and just repeated scripted answers instead of actually helping.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend 10Cric, especially for virtual sports where results are not transparent.
Be careful before placing big bets here.

4. Jan 24-Feb 3 - Platform kept sending SAME generic responses: "we are reviewing," "funds will arrive shortly," "team is investigating"

6. Feb 4, 2026 - Verified this UTR with my bank - DOES NOT EXIST in banking system

Every day this remains unresolved, thousands of potential customers will see this warning.

To Potential Users:
DO NOT deposit large amounts. Platform stalls withdrawals for weeks with generic "reviewing" messages, then provides FAKE payment proof when pressed. Multiple similar complaints exist online. PROTECT YOUR MONEY - STAY AWAY.

This review will remain posted until the issue is fully resolved.

UPDATE - Day 14 (Feb 6, 2026): Still no resolution despite fake UTR being exposed. Consumer Court complaint filing tomorrow.
