I entered the wrong account number by mistake but the IFSC code was correct and they are saying that the payment has been successfully sent. I should check with the bank and do that. This cannot happen that a wrong account number is entered but the IFSC code is correct and the money gets sent. I have also tried sending the money to this wrong number but it is not getting sent.

I did a withdraw of 15000 on 3rd Feb at around 6.05am IST and it got confirmed from 10cric but i dint received my funds till date daily get connecting with support but they have some system generate mails, in chat support they were telling me our relevant team investigating on the case if we get any update u will get an update through mail. Facing very difficulties here but still i have a trust on 10cric website only bcz this was a first time to me and hopping it wil be last to me. If we clear the bot ropes, the customer care support was really faster than I expected.

First, my bet stayed unsettled for more than 6 hours, which is already suspicious and unusual.
After waiting hours, they suddenly settled it as LOST, even though I clearly watched the live match and saw the run scored with my own eyes.
When I contacted support, they kept giving the same copy-paste reply:

👉 “0 runs in the 5th delivery”
👉 “No official results available”
They provided: ❌ No proof
❌ No video
❌ No match log
❌ No transparency
Just “trust us”.
How can players trust results when: • There are no public results
• No verification

Customer service was completely useless and just repeated scripted answers instead of actually helping.
