what a poor representation of a company

When I realized I could buy a shaver for a cheaper price, I called and asked for a discount. They told me no. When I asked to cancel my order, they told me NO. When I asked to return the item, they said they would charge me more! When I received the clippers.. they had hair follicles and something rattled inside. That leads me to believe that it is a used product, possibly refurbished! I am very unsatisfied and they better watch themselves more carefully.
