Bad experience with them, don't ever deal with them

I have bad experience with this immigration office. They don’t respect their clients after getting the amount of money they want, as client I followed their procedures and paid 55000 USD upon promises from them, but I got nothing. Again, literally nothing ZERO RESULT, knowing that they asked me to pay part of the remaining total amount, and thank God I didn't pay. They are not even able to advise me about the suitable immigration program. In addition to my commitment in payment, once they received the amount of money the employers there regardless of legal assistant or lawyers or whatever they are started neglecting my emails. They don’t have professional answers, they promise to conduct a phone call but once it’s a phone call time they don’t pick up the phone. the office in Kuwait was closed due to the large number of complaints against them because they don’t walk your talk. I advise everyone not to deal with them. There are accredited lawyers in Canada, look for them they are better than this office. I was a client sine 2 years without getting any benefits

WWICS is a total scam

WWICS is a total scam. They took ₹59,000 with the false promise of arranging a Poland visa appointment through VFS, and after payment they delivered nothing. No appointment, no service, only excuses and lies. Their staff kept avoiding calls, ignoring emails, and pushing responsibility between offices.

This company runs on misleading promises, cheating tactics, and pure fraud. They refuse to refund money even when they fail to provide any service. Beware — WWICS is not trustworthy, and many people have faced similar issues.

I am now taking legal action against them for cheating, harassment, and financial loss.

Stay away from WWICS — they are scammers.

They are the biggest scammers and fraud…

They are one of the most deceitful and fraudulent immigration companies operating in India. They arranged a job for me in Canada with an employer who had a criminal history, including charges related to human trafficking. I was not paid any salary for seven months, and when I raised this issue with the company, they showed no interest in assisting me. Their license should be investigated or revoked.

Our experience with WWICS has been… Worst

Our experience with WWICS has been deeply disappointing and disturbing. They took the entire payment upfront, arranged a work permit, and then abruptly informed us that there was no job. This wasn’t an oversight — it was a calculated fraud.

We initially dealt with their JLT office in Dubai, which later shifted us to their Bur Dubai branch. After the fraud was committed and they refused to respond to legal notices from Dubai courts, they closed that office and quietly moved operations to Sharjah. Key staff involved were also relocated or removed from communication — a deliberate attempt to avoid legal accountability.

Since then, we’ve been chasing WWICS for a refund with no success. We’ve faced nothing but excuses, silence, and unethical behavior. Their actions have caused us serious financial harm, mental distress, and family hardship.

WWICS is not providing immigration services — they are running a high-level scam targeting innocent families. They exploit your trust, take your money, then vanish behind office closures, staff reshuffles, and endless delays.

🔺 If you’ve had a similar experience, please raise your voice. Report them to Consumer Protection UAE, Ministry of Economy, Dubai Police, IRCC Canada, or your local legal body.

🛑 Fraud like this must be exposed and shut down before more lives are affected. These individuals must be prosecuted and their licenses revoked.

Stay Away – Unprofessional and Misleading Company

I strongly advise against dealing with this company. I initially approached them for assistance with applying to Canada, but they convinced me that Australia would be a better option. After two months, the office manager called me and said that Australia wasn’t suitable for me and suggested I go back to the Canada plan.

I agreed, but for over 6 months, absolutely no progress was made. No real service was provided, and then suddenly, their office closed without any prior notice.

When I requested a refund, they refused, citing the contract. However, both the employee and the office manager had told me clearly before that I would be able to get my money back if things didn’t work out. It was all very misleading and dishonest.

This company is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. Please be careful and avoid dealing with them.

This company is a scam and looting…

This company is a scam and looting money from people. please don't waste your money. I have paid a big amount and it has been one year now. No action has been taken so far. Now i requested to refund the money but they say that as per contract refund is not possible, whereas there is no such thing in contract. it is a lame excuse. They are unprofessional, unethical and absolutely not trustable. You give money to them as you burn it.

I had an extremely disappointing…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with WWICS Kuwait in 2018. I was assured by representatives Manish B. Vyas and Kevin John that my wife, being a nurse, could secure a Canadian visa with an IELTS score of 6. Trusting their expertise, I paid a registration fee of ₹100,000. However, after the payment, they changed their stance, stating that an overall IELTS score of 9 was required—a near-impossible standard. This bait-and-switch tactic felt like a deliberate attempt to mislead and exploit clients. I strongly advise others to be cautious and thoroughly research before engaging with this company.

My experience aligns with numerous other complaints about WWICS’s deceptive practices. For instance, a review on MouthShut.com describes them as “scammers” who make numerous promises before payment but cease communication afterward. Additionally, discussions on Reddit caution against using such immigration agents, labeling many as scammers. These accounts highlight a pattern of fraudulent behavior by WWICS, reinforcing the need for potential clients to exercise extreme caution.

It’s worth noting that WWICS has a specialized grievance cell named the WWICS Complaint Cell, where customers can convey concerns through proper channels. However, given the numerous negative experiences reported, including my own, I remain skeptical about the effectiveness of this complaint cell in resolving issues satisfactorily.

In light of these experiences, I strongly advise others to be cautious and thoroughly research before engaging with WWICS or similar immigration consulting companies. It’s crucial to verify the credibility of such firms and seek independent advice to avoid falling victim to deceptive practices.

WWICS stopped responding to their clients...

Hello WWICS
My name is Eugene (in case you've forgotten) and I am your client. Almost 1.5 year has passed since we started working together and I paid for your services. Without hope, I ask you - Do you have any news for me? Do you exist? Cos I haven't heard from you for a long time. What is going on? Why haven't I had even a single interview? What are your plans and perspective regarding my case?

....well, they simply do not respond to my emails..
