Very disappointing customer service
Have written twice in the last two weeks to Wuzzo regarding the failed sole of my blue deck shoes. To date I have not received any response. Very dissatisfied

Fabulously comfortable but unable to withstand regular boating wear due to construction. My first pair wore through in four months (replaced free of charge) The second pair failed again at 4 months with the cellular structure of the heel crumbling and now unwearable. Advised the company twice but no response. Back to my £4/4year old Crocks - £130
down !!!
Update 23/1/22 Having called upon the warrantee for defective shoes and sent them back as required I have had no communication from the company or to two earlier Emails regarding the second failure of the shoes. No shoes - No Refund - Nothing!!
My experience should be useful if you are thinking of buying Wuzzo Products.
8/7/22 Still no response and the matter now referred to the Trading Standards - so unnecessary

Best customer support I've seen from a company in a very long time. The courier company messed up with the address and lost the order and Wuzzos did all they could to get this sorted out, while being transparent and highly communicative throughout the process.
The shoes are very high quality. Personalisation is made with love and care for the details. Money well spent.
